Whenever you play Roblox with the same people on your PS4 or PS5 things have a chance of becoming stale rather quickly. That is of course if we’re taking skill into heavy consideration. Who knows, you might have your own reasons for wanting to play with XBOX or PC users aside from looking for a challenge!

Cross-Platform play is becoming more and more common these days for multiplayer games, and Roblox lets you do just that even on your PS4 or PS5. Check out the rest of the guide below and start playing with your friends today!

How to Enable Cross-Platform Play

To make any of this work, you’re going to have to load up Roblox first on your console of choice. You can add someone on cross-platform by going to connect on your PS4 or PS5.

All you have to do is type in their cross-platform account username and send in a friend request.

Then, you’ll need to do go to “Settings” and enable Cross-Platform Play, which I’ll explain further below.

Once you’ve loaded up Roblox, go to the settings page on your right. You’ll see another page that will lead you to your Account Settings where you can enable Cross-Platform Play.

When you’re done, you can go back to the Roblox homepage and type in the name of who you want to play with.

Here we have Alexis, he's been gaming ever since the second Famicom came out. Which is probably the reason why he goes back to platformers every now and then. Somewhere down the line he started getting more and more fascinated about looking at maps change colors for three to eight hours straight. If he's not out strategizing and beating the life out of his space bar in that order there's a good chance you can find him playing an FPS or talking someone's ear out about how game balance gets in the way of realism. You can tell that he really likes getting the full experience of whatever he gets his hands on.
