In this article, I will show you the ultimate guide to progress from being a Newbie to a Pro player in Roblox: The Survival Game. Follow this guide and you will become unstoppable in the game.

Roblox: The Survival Game Progression Guide

If you want to survive for as long as possible in this game. You need to learn the basics and then gradually work your way up to becoming a pro. Follow these steps and you will progress on your base building, farming, and overall survivability in the game.

Getting Started

As we all know, newcomers or Newbies need to start from the very bottom. Work your way up to become one of the best players in the game. Create your own character, find that perfect spot to build a base, and start farming for resources. You won’t be bullied by other players once you follow this guide.

1. First, when you enter the game for the first time, you need to create your character. Give it your own style. Although, the cosmetics are limited at this time since the game is still under development.
2. When you enter your world, start collecting some resources. Your first tool is a sharp stone. Use it to cut down some trees to gather Wood and Leaves. Also, you can cut down some bushes for Leaves.
3. Once you have enough Wood. Craft a Hammer by opening the crafting menu. Equip the hammer to any slot you want. I prefer it on Slot #2 for easy access. With the hammer equipped, you can build structures, productions, decorations, and boats.
4. Now that you have a hammer, craft a boat and find the perfect place to start your first base. I recommend building a base near areas filled with trees, stone, bushes, and a good food supply (Chickens, berry bushes, etc.)
5. Once you have found the perfect place to establish a base, it’s time to increase our resourcing capabilities. Basically, we will create better tools for farming resources. Build a crafting table from the production tab.
6. Start building important items in the production tab. I recommend crafting a campfire as soon as possible. This will enable you to cook food for hunger and health. Also, start crafting basic materials like rope and wooden tool handles for the tools and weapons.

Establishing a Base and Farm

Once you understand the basics of the game, It’s time to progress further into building a base and starting your own farm for resources. This is the reason of having most of the resources is near your base. Having a base is the basic step in your progression towards being a pro player in the game.

1. First, try to gather some carrots or wheat to start your farm. However, to start a farm you need to craft a shovel. All you need is 1 tool handle, 2 ropes, and 1 chiseled stone. After crafting the shovel, till some soil and plant the seeds you got.
2. Establish your base using basic structures. Your base is important for storing all the resources and not carrying them all around, every time you scavenge for food or materials. Feel free of being creative with your base.
3. Don’t forget to add walls and watchtowers for your base. This is good for defending when you’re being raided by other players.
4. Make sure to place your bed inside a secured building. This will prevent raiders to destroy your bed and disable you from spawning inside your base.
5. Establishing a small base with tons of resources nearby is an ideal base. This is because resources can respawn from the same place they had been harvested.

Farming Ores and Pro Player Gears

Being a pro means you need to have the best equipment available in the game. You can craft copper equipment, Iron equipment, and even Steel equipment. But you need to farm these materials first. Nodes can be found everywhere. But you must first explore your world to find the best spot to farm different types of nodes.

1. Of course, every player needs to have the most basic tools. This includes having Stone tools. Gather some stones and turn them into chiseled stones. Make a Stone Pickaxe to farm copper nodes. Use Stone swords to kill animals for food.
2. To make armor and weapons from Copper, you will need a copper smelter. You can craft one from the production tab when using the hammer. You can farm copper pretty much everywhere you go.
3. Copper tools and equipment are the basic items that can boost your progression toward being a well-geared player. But, to make copper tools, you will need Copper bars. You can make them in the smelter.
4. Next is Iron. Iron is harder to find than Copper. Look for caves that contain Iron nodes. Once you gather enough Iron, it’s time to make an Iron Forge. Smelt your iron and make Iron tools and equipment.
5. Achieving a full Iron Gear means you’re already a pro at this point. But we can step it up further by Creating Steel bars for steel armor and weapons.
6. To make steel, you need Iron ore and coal. Then, you will need a steel smelter. Once you have all the steel armor, you are considered to be a pro player in the game. Start farming iron and coal!
7. After farming Iron and coal for quite a while, you can now make Steel armor and weapons. Having a full gear of Steel, you can now call yourself a Pro player in Roblox: The Survival Game.

Becoming a pro in this game is not hard. What makes it hard are other players blocking your way toward becoming a pro. They tend to kill you when you are farming or start raiding your base. This will lead to your Revenge Arc in the game. Gear up and tear down the village of those who stood in your way of becoming a pro player.
