Gold Blood is one of those items in Rogueblox that feels mysterious until you actually use it, and then suddenly, your build hits harder, combos cleaner, and your whole kit feels like it leveled up. Strangely, not many players talk about it, but once you understand how it works, it becomes one of the most valuable tools in your inventory. In this guide, we’ll break down everything you need to know about Gold Blood: how to get it, what it does, how it interacts with your class and race, and which builds benefit most. I’ll also share how it changed my own build and why you should absolutely hold onto it for the right moment.
How To Get Gold Blood
Gold Blood (or Goldblood) is a legendary consumable in Rogueblox that lets you modify or upgrade certain abilities and passives, depending on your class and race. It’s a game-changer, but also super underrated.

According to the in-game info, it can drop from any chest (Conquest event, Desert chests, Jungle chests), but in my case? I pulled it from a Gladiator event, right after winning a fight. First day of release. Pure luck, but hey, it dropped alongside a couple Life Shards, so it felt worth.
Just keep in mind: You can only use two Gold Bloods total per character. So yeah, don’t go wasting it on your level 3 alt. Save it for a good slot that’s either already strong or ready to be pushed over the edge.

What Does Gold Blood Actually Do?
This is where things get spicy. When you use Gold Blood, you’ll get a scroll-style menu that shows you a setWhen you use Gold Blood, you’ll get a scroll-style UI with different upgrade options, all based on your current Class and Race. It’s not just stat boosts. These are actual move rewrites.
Some will turn mid-tier abilities into combo tools. Others might give you mobility, range, or even status effects you didn’t have before. In some cases, it doesn’t even feel like the same skill.
Here’s what happened in one of my builds:
- My Dust move turned from a “kick up sand and pray” type of skill into a forward lunge that hits hard and combos clean if I’ve got a speed boost active.
- My Serpent Strike started hitting twice, poisoning enemies, and still knocking them back.
- My Shatter got turned into Axe Shatter, which executes, but with a longer wind-up.
It’s not always a straight upgrade, some changes come with trade-offs. But the potential power spike is real.
Speaking of classes, I actually put together a full guide on where to find every Super Class trainer in Rogueblox. If you haven’t seen it yet, go give it a look!

My Build Before and After Gold Blood
I personally dropped mine on my War Cry ability. The upgrade I picked was Ton Pull, which turned War Cry into a literal enemy magnet.
So instead of just screaming at people, I can now pull them into me and start infinite combos before they can run. I tested it out and pulled three players into the same spot. That’s not just utility — that’s a whole combo engine.
And the best part? It wasn’t even a super hard choice. The other upgrades I was offered didn’t fit my style, so I picked the one I knew I’d actually use. That’s the thing with Gold Blood: It’s custom to your build, and your class.

Gold Blood Depends on Your Ultra Class (Kind Of)
Now this is where some people get confused — so here’s the deal:
Gold Blood doesn’t directly give upgrades to Ultra Class skills. But if your Ultra still uses any of the Base or Super Class abilities (and let’s be honest, most builds do), then you’ll still be able to upgrade those.
For example:
- My Spartan got five different options when I used it.
- My Granite only got three.
- My Witch Doctor? Literally nothing. No upgrades, just sadness.
So yeah, not every Ultra gets equal treatment. But that doesn’t mean it’s useless. As long as you’re still running core abilities from your base or super class, Gold Blood can still be a power boost. You just won’t see anything if all your abilities are from Ultra-only kits.

Sample Gold Blood Upgrades (Class Examples)
Here’s a quick look at some of the actual Gold Blood effects in the game, just to give you an idea of how crazy they get:
Class | Gold Blood Name | Affected Skill | What It Changes |
---|---|---|---|
Spearman | Serpent Strike | Puncture | Hits twice, applies Poison, knocks back |
Swordsman | Leg Catcher | Eye Catcher | Swaps PB window for dodge boost |
Fighter | Fighter’s Daze | Reign | Reign no longer knocks back → combo extender |
Executioner | Berserker’s Strength | Tear | On knock, gain slash damage buff + hyper armor |
Assassin | Multithrust | Quickthrust | Hits multiple times, removes bleed |
Poseidon Knight | Whirlverse | Whirlpool | No longer pulls, but stuns enemies |
Avian (Race) | Condensed Feathers | Plume | Shoots 1 large feather that knocks back (3x damage!) |
Each upgrade is tailored to your class/race setup, and some even let you move while casting, steal mana, or gain buffs when you land hits. The potential combos are insane.
Wrap-Up: Is Gold Blood Worth It?
100% yes — if you know what you’re doing. Don’t just pop it on your low-level alt. Gold Blood should go on your best PvP-ready ultra, or at least something that’s already close to being a beast. The upgrades don’t always guarantee an improvement, but when they hit? They hit hard.
Like I said earlier, my War Cry went from “okay support move” to “combo-anchoring enemy vacuum.” That’s game-changing. So if you’re holding onto Gold Blood in your inventory: Use it wisely. Test what options you’ve got. Build around it. You might just discover a whole new broken strat.
