You can now get new races, classes, weapons and so much more, adding a bunch of build variety. One new weapon added has actually caused the demand for the Vampiric Ring to increase, since you need it for crafting. If you’re trying to craft the Sanguinaire, but struggling to get the rung – we have you covered! In this guide, we’ll show you how you can glitch the Vampiric Dragon Lord so you can get the ring to drop fast without multiple retries. Let’s get into it!
How To Glitch Vampire Dragon & Get Vampiric Ring Fast
The Vampiric Ring is one of the materials that you need to craft the Sanguinaire – the new Vampire katana added to Rune Slayer. It is arguably the best katana in the game, so everyone is trying to get their hands on it.

While you can trade for the Vampiric Ring, it can be expensive due to the high demand right now.
Additionally, a major issue with getting the ring is that the tutorial area is buggy right now – with no weapon for you to use. This makes killing the Vampiric Dragon Lord very difficult.
However, we’ll go over a cheese that will allow you to get the drop guaranteed.
New Character Setup
Starting off, you’ll need to create a new character in your character slot. While you’re doing so, make sure to select the Magician class. This is essential to the glitch, so be sure to take it even if you do not like it.
Additionally, make sure to select the Magic Arrow as your ability – as this is key to the glitch. After that, Decline the tutorial and you’ll find yourself in the starting tutorial area.
Clear The Area
Once you arrive at the tutorial area, you’ll see a bunch of skeleton enemies in the area. Be sure to clear all of them in the area – otherwise they will make the glitch very difficult to execute.
Do not trigger the Vampire Dragon to spawn until you have done this.
Executing The Vampire Dragon Cheese
After the skeleton enemies are cleared, go ahead and trigger the Vampire Dragon to spawn. But once he does spawn, make sure to retreat back immediately. You do not want to face him in the open field.
As you do so, the boss will start to follow you. Make sure you do not go too behind as keep him in your sight.
While retreating your goal is to get him stuck in the cavern. This part can be a bit tricky, as there is no reliably spot that he will get stuck at. You might need to go through multiple tries before you get the hang of it.
We recommend that you go around corners so that he can get stuck there, as we’ve shown below.
Once he does get stuck in an area, take out your Magic Arrow and start shooting him. Make sure the spot you are in safe just to ensure he does not kill you somehow. Whatever happens, do not let the Hemorrhage bar fill up completely or you will probably die.
If you do run out of mana, all you need to do is simply wait for mana to regenerate and you can hit him again.
Once you get his health to reach around 62.5% of his total health bar, he will simply disappear. Doing so will also drop the Vampiric Ring and you’ll be able to get it much easily than having to fight him head on.
Transfer Vampiric Ring
Once you have the Vampiric Ring, simply put it in your storage. From here, you can log back into your main account and take it out from storage.
Doing so will allow you to get the Vampiric Ring successfully without having to trade for it. You could potentially even do this multiple times and be able to trade the Vampiric Ring. After all, plenty of people want it so that they can get the Sanguinare katana!
