Sci-fi games where you visit certain alien worlds are kinda cool, although the question is are the aliens in that world “reasonable” if not well there are a lot of consequences that’s gonna come after that excursion.
But today let’s talk about this video game called Scars Above on how to find a way to open the alien gate in the first chapter of the game.
Scars Above: Opening the Alien Gate
This is where your quest for a means of unlocking a gate will start, and it appears that you will need to overload it with electricity in order to blow it apart.
When you turn to the left, you’ll encounter vines attempting to obstruct your way. Simply destroy them; they’ll eventually break, allowing you to move on to the next area.
As you go, you will eventually come across what appears to be a red loot crate. Press “E” on your keyboard to open it, and an SLD-26 Welder, also known as “VERA” in this game, will appear.
This is what the weapon looks like when you equip it.
As you return to the area where you started after getting the weapon, an alien will suddenly spring out and startle you. Use the VERA gun to scare the alien away, and because you’re in the water, it will deal double damage, meaning the alien monster will be killed in one hit.
Once the alien has been eliminated, return to the alien door that is blocking your path and use your VERA gun to destroy the triangular lights that are shining on its sides.
You can see lights at the bottom left, bottom right, and the top of the door.
Once you’ve done that, the door will begin to glow up and vanish into thin air, providing you with access to the subsequent area.
