Second Piece: The World Over Heaven + Delta Rerun Guide & Showcase

Some players call it "The World Below Budget", you decide if it’s broke or broken.

Second Piece just rolled out a mini-update, but don’t let the size fool you, this one’s got some heavy hitters. We’ve got Delta back in the spotlight, a brand new TWOH spec that turns Dio into a divine menace, a dungeon that rewards plastic chairs (yes, really), and a grind that’ll have you second-guessing your luck. Whether you’re speedrunning corpse parts, praying to the RNG gods for a 3% diary drop, or just here for the meme-tier flex that is Vergil’s lawn chair emote, this guide covers everything you need to know. From unlocking Delta to TWOH’s busted moveset, let’s break it all down, one sweaty raid at a time.

The World Over Heaven + Delta Rerun Guide & Showcase

This update brings two main pieces of content:

  • A full Delta rerun, including her chest, signature items like Wolf Fangs and Dark Slime, and a shop NPC located at New Dawn Island.
  • A new endgame spec called The World Over Heaven (TWOH), which you can unlock by grinding Saint Corpse Parts, running a dungeon, and using the rare Heaven Diary correctly. Mess up the order and the diary’s gone.

We’ll walk through both Delta and TWOH from how to obtain them, to their skills, and just how much damage they can dish out.

The Delta Rerun (Yes, She’s Back)

Delta is back and spawns with a 50% chance every 5 minutes (Shine Island/Ape Realm/Shark Island/Frost Isle), replacing Frieren when she does. She drops 20 chests per kill, and inside those chests you’ve got chances to get:

  • Wolf’s Fang (~25%)
  • Dark Slime (~25%)
  • Delta Chest (~10%)
  • [Shadow Essence] Delta (1%)

Once you have a Shadow Essence, use it to unlock Delta.

Delta Rerun Shop NPC

You’ll find the Delta Rerun Shop NPC chilling on the New Dawn Island, where you can trade in your drops.

  • Delta Chest: Costs 10 Wolf’s Fangs and 5 Dark Slime, not too bad if you’ve been grinding a bit.
  • [Shadow Essence] Delta: If you didn’t land your luck on the 1% chance of obtaining the spec, you can still secure it by collecting 500 Wolf’s Fangs and 250 Dark Slime.

Delta Moveset Showcase

“Don’t care; shut up. Weaklings should just be quiet.”

—Delta, probably after deleting half your squad. The problem is, the Delta Melee rerun just didn’t hit the mark. The melee feels either weak or outdated, and honestly, it’s way too hard for what it offers. Really hoping the devs give Delta a well-deserved buff soon.

  • Delta’s Passive: Shadow Hunter — 25% more damage at night.
  • Notable Skills:
    • [Z] Therianthropic Roar: 215,630 damage, 2.5s stun
    • [X] Bagh Nakh Slashes: 2.6 million damage over 19 hits + 1% true damage every 10 hits
    • [C] Feline Pounce: 258,755 damage
    • [V] Magic-Infused Slash: 905,642 damage + 2s stun

She’s still incredibly solid for nighttime raids, though. If you missed her the first time, this rerun’s your chance to pounce.

How to Unlock The World Over Heaven (TWOH)

1. Collect All 6 Saint Corpse Parts

You’ll need all six, don’t forget the Heart, which isn’t used for dungeon entry but is required to unlock the spec. These parts drop from:

  • Alternate Dimension Dungeon (25% drop rate per part)
  • Dio Summon Bosses: Rimuru Tempest, Sosuke Aizen, and Homura Akemi.
    • Spawns in Ape Realm, Shark Island, Frost Isle, Hueco Mundo with a ?% chance every 3 seconds.
    • Note: These bosses love chaos, they automatically wipe out mobs around them, and each kill boosts their “corruption” level. The more corrupted they get, the better your odds of snagging multiple Saint Corpse Parts. So if you see them farming mobs like crazy… just know, it’s cooking something real nice for you.
  • You can get more than one in a single run if you’re lucky.

2. Summon the Alternate Dimension Dungeon

Use 1 of each Saint Corpse Part (except the Heart) at the Gatekeeper (Alisa) on Ruined Gate Island to open the Alternate Dimension.

Dungeon Details:

  • 1 Wave
  • 15 Minutes
  • Infinite Lives
  • Boss: DIO with TWOH (37.5m HP, doubles per player)
  • Drops: Enchant/Blessing Stones, Pure Race Rerolls, Reforge Gem (15%), Saint Corpse Parts (25%), and the Heaven Diary (3%, max 5%)

3. Use the Heaven Diary… the Right Way

The diary’s description says it all:

“A diary denoting the method to attain Heaven.”

Important: If you use it without all 6 Saint Corpse Parts in your inventory, it disappears. No second chances.

Once used correctly, you unlock The World Over Heaven.

“Reality itself—bend to my will!”

Alright, you made it through the grind. You’ve got the Heaven Diary, all 6 Saint Corpse Parts, and you didn’t use the diary early like a total clown (hopefully). So, what does this mythical TWOH spec actually give you? Let’s break it down, move by move, damage by damage. I also included a moveset showcase clip below.

  • [M1] Basic Attack
    • 47,879 damage per hit
    • Final hit: 47,885
  • [Z] – Divine Invincible Onslaught
    • 172,505 x 19 = 3.27 million damage
    • 4s cooldown, 2s duration
  • [X] – Seraphic Blast
    • 517,511 x 3 = 1.55 million damage
    • 5s cooldown, auto-target
  • [C] – Heavenly Rapture
    • Inconsistent, hits ~3 times for around 960k total
    • 8s cooldown, 2s duration
  • [V] – Overwriting Strike (Reality Change)
    • 1.07 million base damage + a random Reality Effect
      • This is where things get wild. The move lets you pick from random effects (you get a 3-second selection window). These include: Burn, Freeze, Blind, True Damage, Healing, Death Chance, etc.
    • Some effects are bugged (Blind, I-Frame Ignore), others like Burn and Self-Heal are cracked.
    • 15s cooldown
    • Future updates will apparently expand your effect pool when using extra Heaven Diaries.
    • Effects can be blocked with iframes
  • [F] – TOKI WO TOMARE! (Time Stop)
    • No damage but massive utility
    • 300s global cooldown
    • 15s stop duration
    • All damage (including to you) is delayed and dealt in one burst afterward

Even without blessings, this spec does millions of damage. But once you slap on Miracle or other buffs, it’s wild.

It’s flexible enough to be a burst DPS or support, especially with the V move card’s healing or freeze. Time Stop is clutch for landing full combos on tanky bosses. Just be warned: without Miracle or Time Stop, things can go south fast.

Plastic Chair (Emote) – The Throne of Legends

Yes, it’s real. Yes, it’s glorious. And yes… it’s literally a plastic lawn chair.

To flex the Chair emote, you’ll need to get your hands on the Plastic Chair, a super rare drop (~2% chance) from Vergil, the boss of the Plastic Throne dungeon. Use the item, and boom: you can now sit just like the Ninja Cloak Event NPC does. Effortlessly cool. Unbothered. Probably listening to edgy boss music in your head.

This emote is a direct nod to the legendary Vergil Plastic Chair Meme, which came from a modded Devil May Cry showcase where someone replaced his majestic throne with… a cheap plastic lawn chair. And honestly? It somehow made him look even more powerful.

Vergil Plastic Chair Meme

The Plastic Throne Dungeon

  • Unlocked with: Plastic Key (drops from bosses and chests)
  • Summoned at: The Gatekeeper
  • Spawn Chance: ~15% every 5 minutes
  • Duration: 10 minutes, 1 wave, infinite lives (probably, testing still in progress)
  • Boss: Vergil (75 million HP, wields Yamato)
  • Rewards: Enchant Stones, Blessing Stones, Pure Race Rerolls, Reforge Gem (~15%), Plastic Chair (~2%) and [Sealed] Yamato (~4%) – Needed to unlock the Yamato spec.

The Chair emote might not buff your damage or unlock some secret ability, but it will boost your drip levels to 100. It’s iconic, it’s hilarious, and if you pull it… you’re legally obligated to sit in it mid-fight at least once.

Wrap-Up: “World Below Budget? Nah. This thing’s legit.”

That’s the full breakdown of the Second Piece TWOH + Delta rerun update. Some folks are calling it “World Over Budget,” but don’t let the animations fool you, TWOH is pure power. With wild damage, a cracked RNG V move, and literal Time Stop, it’s a spec that can carry raids, support teams, or just delete people in 1v1s. Sure, it’s a bit chaotic… but when it pops off? It really pops off.

Between Delta’s return, the sweaty corpse grind, and Vergil’s plastic chair turning into peak flex material, this update mixes high-stakes farming with meme-tier drip. Whether you’re chasing diary drops, hoarding Wolf Fangs, or just vibing in the chair, there’s something here for every kind of player. May your drops be lucky, your raids smooth, and your chair comfy.

Up next, if summoning an army of undead shadows to do your dirty work sounds like your kind of fun, then you’re going to love what the Arise System has to offer.
