Ever wanted to run around as an apple or maybe an orange? Well, you can do that in Secret Staycation which is a free game on Roblox. It allows you to become different types of food items and then just do whatever you want. It recently got an update which added a couple of new stuff. The biggest edition was the Edamame Mansion which allows you to get the Fake Edamame. This guide will tell you how to do so, just continue reading.
How To Get Fake Edamame (+ Its Location)
In a nutshell, following are the steps that you will be taking in order to get the Fake Edamame:
- Jump down from the Spawn location.
- Go inside the room on your right.
- Go into the Washroom which will be at your left.
- Climb up and then jump into the Toilet.
- Hit the Edamame Portrait 3 times so it falls down.
- This will unlock the Hard Difficulty mode of the Edamame Boss.
- Defeat the angry Edamame Boss.
- After defeating the Edamame Boss on hard difficulty, you will get Fake Edamame.
Getting into the Edamame Mansion
If you haven’t gotten into Edamame Mansion before then do not worry, I will guide you from the spawn location. If you already know how to get there then you can skip this part. When you get into the game, you will spawn near a kitchen sink. You need to go straight and then jump downwards. You can look at the image below for guidance.
After you get down, there will be a room on your right. Go inside this room. It is the one that is marked in the image below.
As you move into the room, you will notice an open door at your left that leads to the Toilet. Go inside that room. It is also marked for you in the image below.
You will notice a couple of objects to the right side of the Toilet. Use these objects to climb up. Follow the red arrow which is marked in the image down below.
After climbing up, simply jump into the Toilet. I know this sounds weird but this is how the developers made it so. You will get a flushing animation after you jump in there.
After you have successfully jumped into the Toilet, you will be greeted with a loading screen. Depending on how fast your internet is, it may take a few minutes. This is basically loading the Edamame Mansion server. Once the loading is complete, you will spawn inside the Edamame Mansion.
Hitting the Painting 3 Times
As you spawn inside the Edamame Mansion, you will notice a Portrait of Edamame, Butler and the 3 Beans to your right hanging on the wall. You need to hit this Portrait 3 times with your character. It is marked in the image below for your guidance.
Once you do it correctly, the Portrait will fall down as you can see in the image below. What this basically does is activate the hard mode of the Edamame boss.
Fight Edamame Boss (on Hard Difficulty)
Walk into the main room to start the boss fight, you will notice an angry expression on Edamame which indicates that the hard mode is active right now. You need to defeat the Edamame boss on hard mode to get the Fake Edamame.
Tips on defeating Edamame
When the boss fight begins, she will throw her Hat at you. The Hat will keep following you until you can far away where it stops following you and returns back to Edamame. The Hat can not follow you to the Edamame Mansion’s spawn area.
To defeat the Edamame boss, you need to drag the Beans into the main room and make Edamame land on them. One simple way of doing this is dragging the Bean close to the main room entrance and then leaving the room when Edamame does its last jump. Chances are it will land on the Bean correctly. You have to keep doing this until Edamame gets all of its 3 Beans.
I am not going to sugarcoat this, it is going to be a difficult fight and it may take you a couple of tries until you are able to defeat Edamame. But do not worry, it is not just you. A lot of players are struggling with the Edamame boss on hard mode.
Fake Edamame
Once you are able to defeat the Edamame boss, you will get the Fake Edamame and its badge. Click on the Fridge icon and you should be able to see Fake Edamame there.
