In order to find the blueprint, go to the Lake Cave Entrance / Exit at the bottom left area of the entire world map.

After that, you’ll want to swim all the way into the bottom of the cave. As you do this, pay attention to your oxygen levels since you do not want to drown.

Once you arrive at the bottom, head straight into the hanging skeletons along the way. Then, you’ll arrive at a forked path, you must go left here and just keep moving until you’re able to resurface.

Afterwards, head straight and you’ll arrive at a location with limestones. Then, you’ll come across an open area with two directions to go into.

You must go towards right in here and jump across the big boulder, nearby a small fountain.

After that, head straight and through the hanging skeletons, skeletons and mutilated body parts. Then, you’ll arrive at yet again, an open area with a forked path. Here, you must go towards the right again.

Keep following the path and you will eventually find some wooden obstacles blocking your way. What you want to do next is to break those wooden bars with your crowbar.

After that, go deeper inside and you will then be able to spot another wooden obstacle which you can break to go inside a mining area.

Once inside, just keep moving forward and go right once you reach the end of the hall.

Now, pay attention to your left, you’ll be able to spot yet another wooden obstacle that you can destroy.

Go inside and you’ll arrive at a small room with lots of hanging skeletons. Look around and you’ll spot a piece of paper that contains the blueprint for the Multi-trap, pick it up and you are good to go!

With the Multi-trap, you can eliminate a high number of enemies. However, the number of materials required for you to craft the item can be a lot. For your information, you’ll need to use these items:
