First and foremost, you must go to the Archives Meditation Point.
Once you get to the meditation point, you need to go to the left and find the elevator entry there.
After exiting the elevator, turn right and proceed to the second floor.
When you make it there, you will notice two marble orbs on the both sides of a door. You need to Force Push both of them away from the door to get the passage unlocked.
After using Force Push on the marble orbs, the passage door should now be open. Turn around and you can see it on the first floor. And it really is that simple! After completing these steps, the desert passages blocked path door will be unlocked.
