How To Get The Poncho & Where To Use It – Stray
First of all, you will have to go to the rooftops and Meow to Vapora. The Workers will be working and they will listen for this meow and they will proceed to drop the bucket. Oops! This will get the Laundromat to open.
Now that the Laundromat will be open you will need to get down quickly and go inside. Go inside and pick up the Super Spirit Detergent. The Detergent will be located just on the left as you enter the store. You can see it on the table
The next stop on this list for getting the Poncho is going for the Electric Cable. For getting this you will simply have to go to the shop and open the trade with the vendor. You can find the market on the right down the stairs from the Bodyguard, or the Guardian at the gate. He will be in the dark area.
He is called Azooz and you can trade it the Detergent that you just go for the Electric Cable. Congratulations on getting it!
Now the next step is taking this newly achieved Electric Cable and taking it to the Designer Grandma. When you take it to her she will be able to craft you and get you the Poncho.
She will be located in the really tight and small alleyways on the very corner. You can find it easily by the sign with the old lady on her right. She will start knitting right away and will get you the Poncho in no time! Congrats on getting the Poncho!
How To Use The Poncho
You can use the Poncho later on in the chapters. Especially it comes useful in Chapter 6. This is the time when you’ll be getting a sequence where you’ll be repairing the Tracker. Here you will be able to give the Poncho that you just got to Elliot.

Simply open the door, or scratch on it and wait for it to be opened. Go to Elliot on the top floor where he will be working on his computers and freezing. You can give him the Poncho to get him warm and more productive. He will give you the Fixed Tracker as a reward! Congratulations!
