We all know the new game on the block, called Striker Odyssey in Roblox. The game is manga-inspired about football. However, this isn’t your regular football, it comes with a twist. Each player has their own unique abilities.
In this article, I will show you the guide to being a defensive player in Striker Odyssey. You know your duty, do not let the enemy players score. This guide will help you become the best defensive player in the game.
Best Defense Guide
To become the best at your role, you need to have the best build or character build. I will show you the best defense build that you can use in the game. I recommend using the Goal Rat Build. Also, you need the skill to predict and follow the movement of your enemies. Let’s begin!
How to Defend Properly
Keeping the enemy from scoring is one of your priorities in this game. However, you still need to learn how to steal the ball, catch the ball, and predict the movement of your enemy. Mastering all of these will make you a great goalkeeper.
Here’s how you play as a Defense player:
- First, do not go up against enemy players. Instead, wait for them to come to you and try not to be aggressive. Your goal is to stay near the net and prevent the enemies from getting a score.
- The second is predicting the movement of your enemy. This is very hard to master but if you watch your enemies closely you can predict their next move.
- Third, if your enemy is just dribbling the ball, do not hesitate to steal the ball unless you’re sure that you can steal it from the enemy.
- DO NOT Spam right-click since it will drain your stamina and you won’t be able to use your other skills.
Best Defense Build
Goal Rat Build – You will need the following weapons; Explosive Acceleration, Trapping, Jumping Power, and Ball Control. With trapping, you can trap anything on the ground and air. Also, Ball control gives you a 1.5x ball receive hitbox for catching a ball and preventing a goal. 
For the Prodigy, you will focus on Speed with this particular build. Also, you can allocate a few of your points to Stamina.
- 3 points in Stamina
- 5 Points in Punch
- 5 points in Speed
To be the best defensive player, you must analyze, predict, and prevent your enemies from scoring. Of course, this can be accomplished if you practice every time. Remember, predicting the movement of your enemies is the best way of defending against them.
