Super Mario Wonder: How to Get Infinite 1-Up Lives

The Mario franchise has been one of the biggest games in the industry and even now, it has a new game. In Super Mario Wonder, you’ll get to experience the good old-fashioned platforming that everyone loves but this time with a few new things added.

Going through these levels might make you run out of lives though, but don’t worry. There’s a little trick you can do to get infinite 1-Ups in the game.

In this guide, we’ll show you how you can get an unlimited amount of 1-Ups in Super Mario Wonder. It takes some setup but once you get it going, you can get as much as you want! Now, let’s see how this works!

How to Get Infinite 1-Up Lives | 1-Up Mushroom Trick, World 2

In order to get to the spot where we’ll be getting an unlimited amount of 1-Up lives, we’ll have to go to Fluff-Puff Peaks.

Next up, we’ll have to select and go to the Pole Block Passage.

When you get to that level, you’ll want to progress through that level as usual until you reach the area shown below.

It’s going to be a place where there’s one breakable block next to a pipe that spawns Koopas, those turtle enemies.

Super Mario Wonder Area For Unlimited 1 Ups

Break the single brown block next to the pipe and use Yoshi’s tongue to get the Koopas. One by one, drop them to the left of the pipe.

NOTE: You can spit out the Koopa shells without them moving by aiming up and spitting them out to drop down below you.

Your goal is to have around 4 Koopas in that area just walking around and bumping to each other.

Once that’s done, it’s time to do the trick:

Jump on one Koopa and then on to another, making sure to hit the next Koopa that’s outside its shell.
This is where Yoshi’s jump works well since you can stay in the air for a while to aim your fall or wait for a Koopa to come out of its shell.
Repeatedly jump on the Koopas when they come out making sure not to land on the ground.
After a while, you’ll start to get 1-Ups for each Koopa you stomp.
Keep in mind that you don’t stomp on a Koopa shell without the Koopa outside since it’ll ruin the setup.
