In Tears of the Kingdom there’s a lot of caves that you’ll want to explore. They often have some cool loot or items to find. Not only that but Bubbul Frogs love staying in caves and when you defeat them, they drop Bubbul gems. These gems can then be exchanged for various items like cool masks so it’s good to hunt them down.
In this guide we’ll show you where to find the Bubbul Frog for the Ancient Alter Ruins. Now let’s see where this frog is!
Ancient Altar Ruins Bubbul Frog Location
These Bubbul frogs are either difficult to find or they’re there to spot so easily when you enter a cave. There’s no in-between. Luckily for you this Bubbul frog is one of the easier ones to find, just make sure go to the right entrance!
Here are the steps we’ll take to get this Bubbul Frog:
- Locate the right Ancient Altar Ruin entrance at -2526, -3727, 0006;
- Jump inside the sand pit to enter the ruin;
- Locate the Bubbul Frog;
- Defeat The Bubbul Frog and Get the Bubbul Gem!
Detailed Walkthrough
So, to start off we’ll need to find the Ancient Alter Ruins. The ruins are found in the East Barrens, southwest of Champion’s Gate and southeast of Pulu Wasteland. The problem with this ruin is that there are multiple entrances.
Shown above on the image is the right entrance that you’ll need to go to for the Bubbul Frog. The exact coordinates are: -2526, -3727, 0006.
Once you get there just jump into the sand pit and you’ll enter the ruins.
Once you enter the ruins, you’ll see the Bubbul Frog on the ceiling. All you need to do is equip a bow and shoot it down! Once they’re defeated, they’ll drop Bubbul Gems for you to take!
