How far will you go for your princess in Tears of the Kingdom? Where do you draw the line? For Drant and Sango, this would mean heading into battle without the clothes on their back. They’re having a bit of difficulty going all the way in however, so that’s where you come in to do the rest of their work!
Sadly, you will have to do all the heavy lifting without any protection, or even your gear! But with this guide, you’ll be able to come out on top without any issues. After all, you’re doing this for the princess.
For Our Princess Side Adventure Guide
After activating the quest, Penn will tell you about Drant and Sango at the entrance of the Foothill Monster Den. Here are their coordinates (2287, 1510, 0155). The closest shrine you can use will be the Kisinona Shrine that’s right next to Cephla Lake.
NOTE: To begin the For Our Princess side adventure head over to the Foothill Stable and talk to Penn (2594, 1164, 0148). You know, the bird fellow who keeps hearing voices from the well.
Drant and Sango will hold on to your items for the duration of this quest so you’ll be heading inside of the Foothill Monster Den with nothing but your spats. The path will only lead to one room at the end where all the monsters will be so there’s no reason to get lost just yet.
In order to have a bit of a fighting chance, a Thick Stick will be up for grabs the moment you get to the Monster Den. You can grab that and start swinging or try to keep a low profile and make it to the back. Why? Because there’s a Traveler’s Claymore there behind some boulders that will help you out immensely.
Grab the claymore and Fuse it with the boulders for extra damage. There’s one Bokoblin in this room with Rock Armor on so best get him out of the way so you can focus on the Moblin.
When you’re done clearing out the cave, head back to the entrance. Drant and Sango will return your gear and will wait for you back at Foothill Stable. Use the Kisinosa Shrine again and you’ll find the two next to the Foothill Stable Well.
