NOTE: This Korok Seed has no puzzle, just wall climbing. You won’t need your Ultrahand ability on this one.

First and foremost, go to this exact location in Great Sky Island. Then enter the Nachoyah Shrine. You can fast-travel to shrines once you unlocked and cleared them. You can refer to the coordinates if you’re having trouble navigating. I recommend fast traveling to the shrine to save you some time.
Once you’re inside the shrine, head right toward a door, that leads you outside. You will immediately see the exit toward the next destination.
When you reach the end of the doorway, look right and you will find a rock wall with huge tree roots. You need to climb the roots and rock wall to reach the next destination.
You still have some climbing to do! Once you reach the top of the shrine you will see a huge tree stump. Head towards the tree stump and climb to the top. There is another surprise waiting when you climb up towards the stump.
On your way to the stump, you will stumble upon a chest. You can open the chest and receive Wing x3. Proceed to climb the stump after opening the chest.
Climb up the stump and you will see a large lily pad. Get on top of the lily pod and the Korok will appear from thin air to give you the Korok Seed 3.
