Players can create unique vehicles and creations in Tears of the Kingdom with the help of the Zonai Device. The player can build cars, boats, and even airships! You can use these vehicles to travel across regions of the map. They make your trip faster and more efficient.
In this article, I will show you how to get the Hydrant, Big Wheel, and the Battery. These devices are important in terms of building different vehicles. Let’s get right into it!
How to Get Zonai Portable Device | Hydrant, Big Wheel & Battery
In order to collect these devices, you first need to find a Zonai Device Dispenser. The Dispenser is found in the Sky Islands, which is easier to access if you have unlocked the Skyview towers.
How to find a Zonai Device Dispenser
The Dispenser is easy to distinguish. They look like candy dispensers with globe-like glass. You need to use Zonai Charges to get the 3 devices. Just like putting a coin in a dispenser to get the item you want. The hard part is going to the location of the dispensers. I will show you how to find a dispenser and include the coordinates of the location.
- First, go to a Skyview tower. This will help you reach the sky islands where all the dispensers are located. I recommend you go to the Eldin Canyon Tower. This is because the Hydrant, Big Wheel, and Battery are obtained in a specific dispenser found in the South Eldin Sky Archipelago.
- Once you have found the Skyview Tower, use it to launch yourself into the sky. Glide your way to the Island where the dispenser is located. I have provided a picture of the island below.
- After reaching the island, proceed going straight until you see the dispenser. The gliding towards the island is the hardest part. Make sure your timing is perfect in opening the glider.
How to Get the Hydrant, Big Wheel & Battery
As mentioned earlier, to get these devices, you need to have Zonai Charges. To collect this material, all you need to do is go to the Sky Islands or inspect decaying constructs. This time, I will show you how to use the dispenser and the loots it will drop.
- Of course, you need to approach the dispenser first. Then make sure you have a lot of charges with you. The charges will act like tokens to get the rewards. However, the rewards are random. Don’t expect to get all 3 devices in one go. Hold 5 charges to use as tokens.
- While holding the 5 Zonai Charges, interact with the dispenser and it will drop random devices, shown in the picture below. Keep trying until you get the Hydrant, Big Wheel, and Battery.
Keep in mind that you need to have a lot of Zonai Charges to use as tokens for the dispenser. Without the charges, you cannot buy the devices. I recommend you gather enough charges before looking for a device dispenser.
