Using the Schematics Stone Blueprint, players can auto-build vehicles that they have created in the Tears of the Kingdom. When you use the schematics, it will automatically use up all the available materials in the vicinity. There is no need to gather up the resources for building.

The blueprint can be obtained even at an early game. There is no required quest or storyline to acquire the schematics. All you need to do is find the location and talk to the construct. I will remind you now, there will be a boss fight so prepare yourself. However, I recommend that you acquire the Ascend ability to make your trip easier.

How to Unlock Schematics Stone Blueprint

I will show you how to find the Schematics and how you can defeat the boss. Follow my instructions below on where it is located. It is easy to get lost in The Depths. Let’s begin!

  1. The Blueprint is found in the Great Abandoned Central Mine. To reach the mine, first, you need to fast travel to Central Hyrule, and from there go to the location shown in the picture below. I have included the coordinates for better map navigation. Tears of the Kingdom: How to Unlock Schematics Stone BlueprintTears of the Kingdom: How to Unlock Schematics Stone Blueprint
  2. Once you reach the location, go to a cave blocked by boulders. Use your Ascend ability and it will take you above ground. From there, go to the next location. It is an opening or hole in the ground that will lead you to the next location. The Boss Fight Begins

After receiving the schematic, the construct will ask you to build a vehicle. After building the makeshift car, Master Kohga will appear out of nowhere! This is when the battle starts. Be careful since this boss fight is in an enclosed arena. There is no escape path. Prepare for battle!

  1. Avoid the spikes mounted in front of the vehicle. Master Kohga will use this to ram it to you. Avoid it at all costs! Try to dodge it, and at the same time do some damage to Kohga.
  2. Use your bow and arrow to damage the enemy. Hitting him multiple times will make him fall to the ground. Stunning him in the process. This is your moment to do massive damage to the boss. Be quick tho, he will recover fast.
  3. Once his health goes down, his vehicle gets upgraded. Adding shields to the top portion of the vehicle, making it hard to hit Master Kohga. Tears of the Kingdom: How to Unlock Schematics Stone Blueprint
  4. After defeating the boss, you will unlock a new blueprint in your Schematics. The Fanplane will be added to your saved vehicles, ready to be built using your Autobuild.

To sum up, in order to navigate the depths, be sure to carry enough Brightbloom seeds to navigate the dark areas. Activate the Lightroot to illuminate the area. Lastly, prepare for the boss fight, craft many bows, and bring a sword with you to fight Master Kohga.
