The great thing about The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is that you never run out of things to do. There are lots of places to explore, things to collect, enemies to defeat, story to unfold and many more. If you are looking for a fun and fresh way to explore Hyrule, it’s time to try frog hunting! In this guide, we’ll show you where the Bubbul Frog in Koukot Plateau Cave is located!
Koukot Plateau Cave Bubbul Frog Location
- Go to coordinates (-2257, -1777, 0060).
- Go straight until you see a waterfall.
- Use Ascend on the rocks until you get into the surface/top of a hill.
- Find a small opening and glide your way to it.
- Hit the Bubbul Frog to get the gem!

Detailed Walkthrough
The cave’s entrance is located in coordinates (-2257, -1777, 0060).
After getting inside the cave, head straight.
After seeing a waterfall, head further into the cave and use your Ascend ability on this rock right here.
After getting up, you’ll have to use your Ascend ability for the second time. After that, you’ll find yourself in the surface and top of a hill.
Look around you and look for a small opening or cave that you can jump into. Glide your way towards the cave.
Kill it before it lays eggs! Jokes aside, give it a thwack to get its Bubbul gem.
