Have you ever been in love with someone to the point where you try to learn everything about that person so you can win their heart? Well, that’s exactly what Manny is going through in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom’s side quest, Manny’s Beloved. He desperately wants to catch the eye of Ivee (though he won’t admit it), but how? That’s where matchmaker extraordinaire, Link, comes into play. In this guide, I will show you how you can complete Manny’s Beloved and be the ultimate wingman.
Manny’s Beloved Guide
To start the quest, you will need to go to Hateno Village in the Necluda region. You will then have to find Manny, who is standing behind a pillar. The exact coordinates of his location are 3377, -2140, 0120.
Talk to Manny and he will tell you that he is trying to figure out what Ivee likes on behalf of his friend (not really). He can’t seem to work up the courage to ask her, so he’s just stuck hiding behind the pillar and watching her like a stalker. You, on the other hand, should have no problem going up to her and asking her.
Across the street, you can find Ivee standing outside of the general store with a broom. Talk to her and she will greet you, then ask what she likes. She will then tell you that she likes Hot Footed Frogs, which isn’t true, but she can’t think of anything else. With the information in mind, go back to Manny.
Tell Manny that she likes Hot Footed Frogs, and would like 100 of them. Manny will then try to collect 100 Hot Footed Frogs, but he asks you to collect 10 of them for him. He tells you that the frogs are usually in wells and caves, so you should start there.
There are five different wells all over Hateno, so you can just choose which one you can jump in and collect Hot Footed Frogs. But I do recommend the Hateno Village South Well has a large cave system underneath, perfect for frogs to be in.
When you jump into the well, just roam around until you collect 10 Hot Footed Frogs. Do keep in mind that there are enemies underneath, so don’t go in expecting not to fight. But once you have all 10 frogs, go back to Manny.
Talk to Manny and give him the frogs. He will then thank you and reward you for his efforts. The side quest completes, but Manny still has 90 frogs left to collect. Good luck to the guy.
