Detailed Walkthrough
First, arrive at the Rodai Lakefront Tunnel by going to the coordinates -2319, 3066, 0443.
There, you will see that there is a big hole right ahead of you. Fall into that hole into the water.
Once you fall down into the water, you will see that the cave is completely dark. What you need to do at this point is to attack or shoot the Brightbloom Seeds to lighten your way.
First, shoot the Brightbloom Seed right in front of you. After you do that, it will light the area around you. Now go straight and shoot the second seed.
When you do this, you will realize you are exactly where you should be. This Brightbloom Seed is on a rock formation with an opening or a hole.
All you have to do now is leap through the hole and enter the hidden cave.
Once inside, the Bubbul Frog will be right in front of you. It is a simple beast to defeat. You can beat it by shooting at it two or three times with your arrow. Once the frog is defeated, it will drop a Bubbul Gem on the ground.
