Saving the world from evil isn’t always about progressing the main story. It’s about going out of your way occasionally to get all the loot imaginable while forgetting about your primary objective. And what better way to do that than to visit the local shrines?
The Tajikats Shrine in Tears of the Kingdom will require you to work with a lot of wood. But don’t worry, the puzzle won’t ask you to do any intricate arts and crafts. Still, if you wish to breeze through this shrine, feel free to read the guide and continue on with your adventures.
Tajikats Shrine Guide
You can find the Tajikats Shrine in the Central Hyrule region. Getting through the shrine means having to use the logs scattered around to get to the next section. It’s almost the same as the Jiukoum Shrine since you’ll be making use of your Ultrahand ability. The only difference is you don’t have any rails to work with.
The first section is rather easy. All you have to do is pick up the log and have it lean against the wall.
For the next section, use your ability to glue the two logs together. After that, place them both on top of the slope. Make sure it’s centered to prevent any slipping and sliding.
Have you ever crossed a river before? Stick one end of the log towards the other and use it as a makeshift bridge to get across. Rotate the log to make sure that none of the ends will fall into the water as you cross. Alternatively, you can make this even easier by putting it in the corner to prevent any unnecessary spinning.
Ferry over the two logs you previously used in this section of the shrine. Go to the corner on your right to find four more. Put them all together side by side and use it as a ramp to cross over to the last section.
Put all of your early access survival crafting knowledge to use here and make a raft. You don’t need to use all of the logs, three will be enough. Attach the fans to the back and send it towards the water to finish the puzzle. Grab the chest sitting on the left side of the room to reward your shrine visit.
The chest on the left will contain a Spiky Shield. Use the raft again to get across and swim towards the end. That’s one less shrine to work on, see if you can clear out the rest!
