You’ve probably seen all of those wonderful and wacky machines people have made using the Ultrahand in Tears of the Kingdom. This is by far the best addition to the Zelda franchise and hopefully we see more of it in the future. There are even quests that make use of the Ultrahand and one of them is the Ancient City of Gorondia quest!
In this guide we’ll show you where to find this quest and how to do it. Now hopefully you like minecarts because we’ll be riding one!
The Ancient City Gorondia Guide
There are a few quests you can do in Goron City and one of them is The Ancient City of Gorondia. If you’re a fan of using the Ultrahand in the game, then this quest will be fun for you!
Here are the steps we’ll take to do this quest:
- Start the quest by talking to Dugby.
- Move the minecart using Ultrahand and place it on the tracks.
- Grab a fan that’s nearby a couple of minecarts and place it on the back of the cart.
- Talk with Dugby and join him in the cart.
- Activate the fan.
- Reach the Destination and finish the quest!
Detailed Walkthrough:
In the north-northeastern parts of the map is where you can find Goron City. From there head to the northern area of the city where the quest starts. You’re looking for the NPC Dugby which is staring at a minecart next to some rails. Talk to him to start the quest!
The quest is actually quite easy, all you need to do is make a minecart that will travel through the rails. To do this, use your Ultrahand and place the Minecart on the rail.
Then take one of the fans nearby and attach it to the back of the mine cart. Once that’s done talk to Dugby again.
After talking to Dugby he’ll get on top of the minecart you made, now all you need to do is get on top of it as well. Once there, hit the fan at the back with an attack and that will activate it. The minecart should then follow the rail all the way to the YunoboCo HQ.
Once you get there Dugby will automatically get off and talk to you. Once the conversation is finished the quest will be complete!
