Looking for Bubbul Frogs usually means having to go through a puzzle that will take you three hours to finish, or carve yourself a new mountain from the inside out whenever you discover a new cave system. Sometimes you get an in between while playing Tears of the Kingdom where you only have to use your eyes. That’s where Walnot Mountain Cave comes in.
For once, you only have to walk inside of the cave, grab some treasure on the side, and beat down a frog minding its own business because it has something that belongs to you at the other side. All of that in this guide you’re about to read!
Walnot Mountain Cave Bubbul Frog Location
The entrance to Walnot Mountain Cave can be found at (3927, -2098, 0127). The mountain itself can be found within Lanayru. To get closer to the entrance of the cave means that you have to use the Mayashik Shrine next to Retsam Forest.
Walk into the cave for a while and the path will immediately take a sharp right turn. This will lead into cavern with two levels.
It’s going to be a long walk but for the most part you’ll be going straight. Use the frozen rock that has a white glow at the end to remember where you’re going.
Before reaching the frog, quickly grab the aforementioned treasure on your left. It’s encased in ice so use any of your weapons that deal fire damage to open the chest. Inside will be a pair of Barbarian Leg Wraps.
Turn around and make a left turn this time. You should already see the Bubbul Frog before you descend into the lower level. If not then go further into the cavern.
