There aren’t many games out there that try to simulate prison life in video games. Games like Prison Architect has a game mode where you can play as the prisoner but it’s better as a management game. The Escapists series is a great game in the genre though and don’t be fooled by its simplistic graphics since it’s quite complex. In the game you can craft items, plan escape routes, fight other inmates and the prison guards and so on. In this guide we’ll show you how to hide bodies from the medic in the game.

So why do you need to hide bodies from the Medic? Well in the game when you knock out someone a medic will come by and try to revive them. This can get annoying when you want to clear the prison of guards or keep someone down, so to remedy this we’ll need to take out the medic somehow. So here is how you do it.

Step one is to make a shovel or a pick and dig a hole inside your cell. Then go attack a guard and lure them into a hole to knock them out. Quickly cover the hole with dirt and put something on top of it like a shelf.

The medic will then dig the dirt out, and go inside, they won’t get back though since there’s a piece of furniture on the way, effectively trapping them underground!

Now when you knock out another prison guard no medics will come since the one medic is still trying to recover the other guard! Just remember that when you load back into the game the medic will get unstuck, and if you every get downed while the medic is stuck there nobody will help you back up.
