As you approach the later parts of Hogwarts Legacy, you will be required to enter Falbarton Castle for an investigation mission under the High Keep quest.
What’s more exciting about this is that you can get to experience a flying mount for the first time in your journey.
In this guide, we will show you how to finish this quest mission and ride a flying mount.
How to Complete The High Keep Quest

The High Keep quest is the 27th quest that you will do under the main storyline. Here, you will have to find out Victor Rockwood and Theophilus Harlow’s plan.
In order to finish this quest, you must find your own way inside the Falbarton Castle while maintaining being discreet to find out the truth.
Here’s how to get started:
Start the Quest with Natsai Onai

To start the quest, go to the eastern part of the Hogsmeade Valley in front of Falbarton Castle. There, you will find Natsai Onai waiting for you.
Talk to her, and listen to her plan on how you two will investigate the two men.
Find a Way Inside the Castle

After you two are done talking, face the castle gate. On the right side, you will notice a broken portion of the stone fence as well as high stone walls from a distance.
You have to find a way to climb it and reach the battlements at the top. Approach the broken woods, and use them to climb up the walls.

After you get up from the wooden obstacles and the next stone wall, go to the left side of the platform you are currently in. Use Depulso on the mechanism to open the gate.
Inside this room, you will see a large crate. Use Wingardium Leviosa to lift it and place it below the next opening for the next platform.
While it’s there, use Levioso followed by Confringo on the crate so you can climb the next platform.
As you reach the next platform, turn left and then right until you see the wooden barricade. Hit the wooden barricades to destroy it.
Before you head in, go right and look for this small opening to gain access to the chest. From this position, use Wingardium Leviosa to move it.
Now, head back to the previous passage. Crawl inside it to find another mechanism. Use Depulso repeatedly to spin it.
It will then reveal an opening with a handle. Use Accio on the handle to pull it down and provide an opening for you. After that, it will trigger a cutscene showing you and Natty together.
Find a Way to the Roof
After you get locked out of the castle, you must find your way to the roof to rescue the Highwing.
From your current position, face right and climb up the wooden wall and the stone wall. You will see a large chest in front of you. Use Depulso to push it back.
In front of your current location, look for a stair. Head down and climb the next staircase to get to the other side. However, the second stair seems to be broken.
Pick up the chest using Wingardium Leviosa, and place it in between the stair and the other platform. Cast Levioso on it to use it to get to the other side.
Keep heading upwards until you see a locked door. Use Alohamora to unlock it. However, you must be ready to fight the Dark Wizards or choose to use a Disillusionment spell to get past them.
Once you get inside the room, go right and keep going up. You will then see a high staircase. Up there is another locked door that you have to unlock using Alohamora.
Keep heading up and use Confringo on the wooden barricade to destroy it.
Cross the bridge, and enter the room to collect some rewards. Return to the bridge and make your way down. From there, keep moving up to reach the roof.
Ride the Highwing

Eventually, you and Natty will free the two Hippogriffs. Once you ride on the Highwing, make sure to follow Natty and don’t get left behind.
This will then conclude the long and tricky The High Keep quest.
