The Talos Principle 2 has up to 59 available achievements for you to obtain. Some of these achievements can be quite easy and straightforward, while some may be more of a challenge. The Just One Lap is also one of the current achievements available for players to obtain.
To get the Just One Lap Achievement, located in Wooded Plateau you must solve the “Loop” puzzle without doing multiple circles. This achievement requires you to find a whole new way of solving the puzzle that satisfies the requirement. In this guide, we will show you how to get the Just One Lap Achievement.
Just One Lap Achievement Guide
First, pick up the connector device and place it on top of the platform to the left.
After you have put the connector on the platform, look to your right. You will then see a driller. Use it to create a hole on the wall in front of you.
Once you have created the hole, drop the driller on the ground. Then, head straight forward and through the purple barrier. You will be able to see a small crate which you can pick up.
Pick up the Hexahedron and look behind you to the left. You will be able to see the hole you created earlier. Then, place the Hexahedron box on the other side by using that hole.
After that, head back to the original area on the other side. Then, pick up the Hexahedron box and put it on the platform to the left side.
Before you are able to put it there, remove the connector device from earlier.
After that, pick up the connector device and put it on the other side using the hole you created in the very beginning.
Then, walk through the purple barrier and pick up the connector. After that, connect the connector to the red device on the wall nearby.
You’ll also want to connect the connector to the device behind you. Look through the purple barrier and you will be able to see it.
Then, go to the Hexahedron box’s location and pick it up. To the right behind you, you will be able to spot a grey fan device which you can use to push the box. Place the Hexadedron box on top of it.
Then, go to the Driller’s location and pick it up. Now, you will want to create a hole for the fan, so it launches the box right through.
Afterwards, go back to the fan and stand on top of the platform next to it. This will launch the Hexahedron box through the hole you created.
The Hexahedron box will stop once it reaches a wall. Pick up the driller again and create a hole on the wall in front of the box.
This will let you go to the other side and pick up the box. After you have created the hole, drop the driller device.
After that, walk through the purple barrier and go to the other side of the hole. You can then pick up the Hexahedron box.
Then, place the Hexahedron box on the platform. You can place it on the platform on the right side. After that, pick up the connector device and place it on the other remaining platform.
This will remove the blue barrier, allowing you to interact with the golden device inside and complete the puzzle.
On completing the puzzle, you will receive the Just One Lap Achievement in The Talos Principle 2. You have successfully solved the “Loop” puzzle in one attempt and without going around in multiple circles. There are also many challenging achievements like this, so keep exploring your limits!
