The quest starts with an altercation between Tolland Cleanbroker and the Carja woman, Lokasha. Tolland and his gang wanted the salvage rights for a Stormbird that they hunted down. The conflict starts when you have to make a choice on how to respond to his threats. Here are the results of each choice.

If you answer tough break, Tolland will back off with a few underhanded insults for the Carja. Here’s his full statement. Spoiler Alert!

Tolland will get riled up by this answer and it’s not going to be pretty. Here’s what he has to say about it:
