SCP Tower Defense puts you on a mission to protect the world from SCP anomalies. As you complete different game modes and matches in the game, you’ll be rewarded with coins to buy the towers. With 30 unique towers to choose from, you can combine them to create the strongest tower defense team.
You may have joined a large number of matches and have gathered a lot of coins. However, you may not know which towers to prioritize getting first. In this SCP Tower Defense Tower Tier List, we will provide you with the information so you know which tower to get first.
SCP Tower Defense Tower Tier List
Must Bring Towers
Savage Beast: This tower is one of the most expensive towers in the game which you can purchase from the shop for 14,000 coins. Savage Beast can greatly boost nearby towers’ damage, making it easier for your team to win against huge bosses.
Coffee Machine: The Coffee Machine (which can be purchased with 500 Shards) is an economy tower that helps you produce money at the beginning of each wave. Even though it cannot deal any damage, it can produce a huge amount of resources to help you build many other essential towers.
Tickle Monster: This is also another support tower with the capability of increasing the Fire Rate, Range, and Damage of every tower in range. You’ll want to save a decent number of shards before buying this tower since it costs 1,000 Shards.
Scarlet Shaman: The Scarlet Shaman is a burst-damage tower, making it really effective against high health and movement speed enemies. You can get this tower by beating the ZK-Class game mode along with defeating the Avatar Of Scarlet King or buy it directly with 1,390 Robux.
Hammer Down (Evolved): After you have evolved this tower with 14,000 coins, you will be able to deal more damage. However, the cost to upgrade the tower will also increase. Overall, this is a great mid-late tower that has more DPS than other average towers and has the ability to clear hoards quickly.
Fire Eater (Evolved): This tower is a damaging tower with crowd-control effects. With it, you can apply burning damage over time effect as well as weaken their defenses. You can use this tower as an early-mid game damaging tower and a late-game support tower. This tower can apply damage to an area so it is really great for dealing with hoards of enemies.
S Tier
Wanderer: The Wanderer is an event tower that can be obtained by Triumphing Wanderer’s Library event or with 1,920 Robux. The tower has four different attacks that can deal damage to multiple enemies, slow and stun them. The tower is a generalist option that can work in many situations.
O5 Council: You will automatically unlock the O5 Council tower once you reach level 100. The tower is really great, but only after you have upgraded it. With that said, the tower is more of a mid-late game option rather than an early-game tower due to the high cost.
GOC Executor: The GOC Executor is a high-damaging tower that can be obtained in the shop for 11,000 Coins. With a damage ramp-up mechanic that lets you increase your DPS the longer you attack, the tower is great for fighting mid-late-game enemies.
Blood Hunter: The Blood Hunter is an event tower you can get by completing the True Red Lake. The tower has a unique effect that lets you explode enemies after you defeat them. However, this tower is quite reliant on this effect since it has low-damaging normal attacks.
Valkyrie: This is a Tower you can get with 1,000 Tokens. If you are playing on a stage with many flying enemies, the drones she summons can be really useful thanks to the extra damage against flying opponents. Overall, she is a mid-late-game tower with a relatively high cost and should only placed down in later waves.
Winter Wonderland: You can buy this tower for 350 Tokens. This tower has the ability to freeze enemies on your every 4th attack. However, this tower only deals higher damage if it is attacking at the ‘Outer Ring’, meaning that you have to position this tower so it attacks your opponents from the range furthest from the tower. You can use this tower as a support tower thanks to the freezing effects.
The Professor: The Professor is a support tower with medium-range and medium-damage that can be bought from the shop with 9,000 Coins. Even though the tower deals really low damage, you have the ability to boost the damage of one tower. This makes the tower effective in Boss Waves where you need to increase your damage temporarily.
Able: You can unlock Able with 1,260 Shards. This tower deals increasingly damage the more enemies it defeats. This makes the damage of it even higher than the GOC Executor. However, with a short range and slow speed, you can be countered by stuns and fast enemies.
Iris (Evolved): Lily Veselka is an evolved version of Iris. Even better than the unevolved version, you can now stun multiple enemies in AOEs without needing prior upgrades. She can also apply the Corruption status effect later on, dealing damage over time and removing Memetic from your enemies.
Nine-Tailed Fox (Evolved): This tower is an all-rounder tower that you can use at any stage of the game. The upgraded version of the tower lets you deal higher damage in a higher range. However, the attack rate will be slower compared to the normal version.
A Tier
Towers in the A Tier are overall great towers that you can use to fight in most game modes. However, they are in the A Tier usually because they deal less damage or have less support capabilities compared to other towers.
Sometimes, they are in this Tier because they take up too much space, have limited placement, or due to the expensive upgrade cost.
- SCP-343
- Village Duster (Evolved)
- Site Guard (Evolved)
- MC&D Agent
- Samsara
- Jagger Bomber
- The Specter
- D-Class (Evolved)
- CI Turncoat
B Tier
Towers in the B Tier are average towers that you can use and progress before replacing them with better ones. Usually, they have higher costs compared to Towers in C Tier and D Tier. However, they can offer you enough damage and effects to help you progress.
- Maz Hatter
- Hammer Down
- Dr. Gerald
C Tier
The Towers in C Tier are relatively cheap towers you can get early on. Two of the towers in this list, Iris and Fire Eater, can be evolved later. After you have evolved them, they will become much more useful and can be used as late-game support towers.
- See No Evil
- Iris
- Fire Eater
D Tier
The towers in D Tier are the first, second, and third cheapest towers you can get in the game. Early on, you can use these towers to help you complete in-game challenges. Once you have gathered a certain amount of currencies, you can purchase better Towers to replace them.
- Village Duster
- Site Guard
- UIU Officer
F Tier
These are towers that you get for free or for a cheap price after you first log in to the game. Overall, they are great for helping beginners progress. However, as you progress to the later stages of the game, you should replace these towers with better ones. The towers in the F Tier are:
- Mole Rat
- D-Class
- Nine-Tailed Fox
That is your Tower Tier List in Roblox SCP Tower Defense. It is essential that you spend your precious resources and currencies on the Towers that work the most effectively and efficiently. With the best towers, you’ll be able to progress within a short period of time.
