If you’ve been running around Hell in Type Soul trying to hunt down Injured Shinigami, or any other Hell Event NPC, you already know how confusing it can be when nothing seems to spawn. I’ve been there too, wasting time on empty servers. So, to save you the trouble, I put together this full guide on every common Hell Event spawn location (where they actually appear). And while the focus here is on Injured Shinigami, keep in mind that these spawn points apply to all Hell Events. If you’re farming rewards, grinding, or just curious, this guide will help you track them down efficiently.

All Injured Shinigami Hell Events Location

There are two main spawn points in Hell itself, one at the top, and another lower down. Depending on where you spawn in, you’ll just need to rotate between these locations to check for events. Here’s the full breakdown:

1. First Location – Near Tiger Sozosei

If you spawn at the bottom, just head toward Tiger Sozosei. If you spawn at the top, simply jump down. Right here is the first Hell Event spawn location. I’ve seen Injured Shinigami and other event NPCs show up in this exact spot multiple times.

Here’s a video on the first Injured Shinigami location near Tiger Sozosei in Type Soul.

2. Second Location – In Front of Tiger Sozosei

The entire lower area directly in front of Tiger Sozosei is a massive spawn zone. Sometimes multiple events spawn here at once, so it’s always worth a thorough check.

Here’s a video on the second Injured Shinigami location (wide area below) right in front of Tiger Sozosei in Type Soul.

3. Third Location – Straight Ahead AFK Spot

From Tiger Sozosei, keep moving straight ahead. You’ll find another common spawn spot, often where players like to AFK. Events do trigger here, so don’t skip it when rotating through.

Here’s a video on the third Injured Shinigami location at the AFK spot straight ahead from the second location in Type Soul.

4. Fourth Location – Forward Path Spawn

Keep walking straight and you’ll come across another spawn point right in front of you. This one rounds out the standard “rotation” I usually run whenever I’m checking servers.

Here’s a video on the fourth Injured Shinigami location at the forward path spawn in Type Soul.

5. Fifth Location – Down the Ladder

Here’s one more many players miss: go down the ladder from Tiger Sozosei all the way to the bottom. At the very first mob spawn on the left, Injured Shinigami has been spotted spawning here too. Definitely add this to your route.

Pro Tips for Farming Hell Events

  • Server hop if nothing spawns. Don’t waste time on a dead or bugged server.
  • Fresh servers (<5 hours old) tend to work best, though older ones can still spawn events.
  • Smaller servers are ideal—less competition, more chances for you.
  • Events can bug. If you’ve been waiting a while with no spawns, just leave and hop again.
  • From my experience, hopping into a low-pop server almost always guarantees at least one event within minutes.

Wrap-Up

That’s all five common Hell Event spawn locations in Type Soul. Whether you’re hunting Injured Shinigami specifically or any other Hell Event NPC, running this rotation will save you a ton of wasted time. Just remember: check the five spots, server hop if needed, and stick to lower-pop servers for the best results.

I’ve had plenty of runs where nothing spawned, but the moment I hopped to a new server, boom, Lava Rain or Injured Shinigami right in front of me. So yeah, keep moving, keep hopping, and you’ll get those spawns in no time.

If this guide helped, share it with your friends so they don’t miss out on these locations too. Up next, if you still haven’t figured out how to get Fulmen in Type Soul, consider checking out my guide. I covered everything from requirements, locations, and a showcase!
