It goes without saying that everyone’s favorite wizard is Harry Potter himself. Well in the game you do not meet with Harry because the story of the game takes place way before he’s actually born.

That doesn’t mean that you cannot be as powerful as him, however. In this guide, we will give you a build that will make you as but maybe even more powerful than him. Let’s get started.

Hogwarts Legacy – Ultimate Harry Potter Build Guide

Talents

These are all the talents and how they should be looking like when playing with the Harry Potter build-in Hogwarts Legacy.

As you will be leveling up it is crucial that you stick with the Stealth and Core spells, but then keep on going with the Dark Arts.

We know that Harry would not use Dark Arts spells but they are simply too powerful to be skipping on them in the game.

This is what you should be picking out as your Core Spells. Make sure that you choose one of these as your first level as well because they are crucial and essential in this build.

This is what you need to choose as Dark Arts talents for the Harry Potter build.

Yes, we know that Harry would not go for any of these, but without them in the game, literally, everything will be way harder than it needs to be. These are the strongest spells in the game and you can be playing sort of a Hybrid Harry Potter with them.

These here are the Spells that you need to choose to make all of the talents work better with each other. Just choose these as they are the most important.

Stealth is absolutely essential when going for a Harry Potter build.

We recommend that you choose all of them, but the first three are simply crucial and you must have them.

Gear

This is how your gear should be looking like when going for the Harry Potter build.

As you can see, the HP is very high which will make you withstand quite a bit of DMG. The Defense is also very high but lower than the Offence which you will be using quite a bit.

Here are all of the individual gear equipment sets:

  • Handwear: Checked Gloves
  • Facewear: Ceramic Mask
  • Headwear: Patchwork Sorcerer Hat
  • Outfit: Embroidered Formal Uniform
  • Cloaks and Robes: Poacher Coat
  • Neckwear: Teal Clockwork Scarf

Make sure that you upgrade each of these gear sets to the maximum level of 3.

You are going to want to visit the Vivarum with your pet beasts and occasionally farm them for resources that you can use for upgrading and crafting.

Traits

Source: KaidGames2

There are a total of 3 traits that you need to use on each 6 of your individual gear sets.

They are all essential for this build but you can mix them up as you please to create the Harry Potter of your dreams.

Here are these 3 traits you need to aim for:

  • Unforgivable – more DMG to cursed targets
  • Concentration – more DMG to all spells
  • Ambush – more DMG when hidden

Spells

This is how your in-game spell hotbar should be looking like.

These are the most OP spells that you can cycle from and use in the game. Although it isn’t something that Harry Potter would use, they are the strongest and we highly recommend them.

Make sure that you always start out combat while invisible and then continue on with the rest of the spells.

As you cast each of the 1st lines, and jump to the 2nd line of spells, the first will already be finished with cooldowns meaning that you can use them again.

We hope that this guide has helped you out in making the best Harry Potter build in the game. Have fun playing out with it yourself!

A big thank you to KaidGames2 for all his helpful information and details.
