Valheim is an amazing game. You get to travel across beautiful landscapes and see creatures that are just to be seen in fantasies. It is a truly relaxing experience. Sometimes though, not so much. Let’s see how to get through some difficult situations through Console Commands.
How to Use Console Commands in 2022 – Valheim
First of all, locate Valheim in your Steam Library. Once you’ve found it, right-click it and open the Properties Tab. A window will open. Navigate to the General Tab(which should be open by default) and here you’ll see the Launch Options in the lower section.
Here you will need to write: -console
Now you can go ahead and open Valheim. Start your game as normal, continue or start a new game. Once in game, you will be able to use the console commands.
To do this, while in-game just press F5, and the console bar will open while the game runs in the background.
You can type in – help – for commands. If you want to go one step further, just type in – devcommands -. With this, you’ll have access to a whole new set of options. Just use it at your own risk, because it might make the game unstable.
You can use Console Commands to go into god mode and take pictures or videos of your buildings. You can use it for experimenting with stuff or getting new equipment that are so rare. Basically, you can use it for cheating. Who’s to stop you?!
