Vampire’s Fall: Origins is a 2D open-world RPG with strategic warfare, and it is essential for players to have a good character build when it comes to participating in combat in the game. There are so many things that should be arranged to do that, and we are here to show you what to do to have the best build in Vampire Fall Origins 2023. Let’s get to our guide!
Best Build Guide (2023)
In order to have a really good build in Vampire Fall Origins, you should have good equipment, and you should maximize important abilities, bloodlines, and might.
Equipment
- Mystic Pendant
- Great Cloak of Brutal
- Leumas Gloves or Demonic Gloves found in Gordova blacksmith
- Adamantite Chestplate
- Pardoner’s Axe
- Ludwig’s Shield
- Golden Feet
All items except the Great Cloak of Brutal can be acquired from the Huts of Mangroves. If you do not have those items, you can also use Darkfang Gauntlets and Platelegs of Dawn.
Bloodlines
There are four categories that you will need to customize in the game. These are Anger, Vitality, Deceit and Legendary.
Let’s start with Anger:
- Precise Hitter: Chance for critical hit +6%.
- Hard Precise Hitter: Critical hits do +60% damage.
- Slashing Expert: +90% damage with Slash weapons.
- Harder Hitter: +5 Max damage with weapons.
- Berserker: +100% damage when HP is under 25%.
Vitality:
- Minor Health: +75 Max HP.
- Major Health: +125 Max HP.
- Greater Health: +11 Max HP for each player.
- Refreshing Combo: Combo turns regenerate 22.5 extra focus.
- Improved Focus: +16 Max focus.
- Improved Focus Regen: +16 Focus Regen per turn.
- Focused Mind: +15 starting focus.
- Arcane Damage: +120% damage with Conjure and Bat Swarm.
- Arcane Mastery: 60% Critical chance with Conjure and Bat Swarm.
- Vampiric Touch: Gain 10% of damage dealt as HP. Max 5% of Max HP per turn, up to 300 HP/turn.
You should avoid Extra Combo and Opportunist. They will not be too good for you when you need to head to the dungeons.
Deceit:
- Refreshing Dodge: +40 Focus when successfully dodging an attack.
- Greater Dodge: +15% chance to dodge enemy attacks.
- Dodging Death: When an enemy does a killing blow, you have a 50% chance to keep 1 HP.
- Shield Mastery: +15% chance to block with shield.
- Ranged Defender: +30% chance to block ranged attacks with a shield.
- Gold Fever: Get 12% more gold from enemies.
- Experience Fever: Get 50% more XP from enemies.
- Strong Back: +6 Max Equip Load.
- Extra Pocket: +1 extra potion crafting slot.
- Backpacker: 1 extra inventory slot for potions.
Legendary:
- Vampiric Bats: Bat Swarm heals for 30% of damage MAX 3% of MAX HP per turn, up to 300 HP/turn.
- Arcane Triggers: Melee attacks have a 12% chance to trigger Conjure.
- Arcane Cleanse: Fortify removes one turn from random debuff.
- Hungry: Bite heals for an extra 40%.
- Mastermind: Focus regeneration increased by 30% for three turns when depleting Focus bar.
- Disrupt: Petrify removes one turn from random buff on enemy.
- Tank: 30% more HP, 50% more HP with shield equipped.
- Prepared: Fortify increases melee block chance by 5%.
- Sabotage: Fracture reduces the damage of the enemy by 20%.
- Stab Stab: Backstab guarantees two hits, +7.5% chance of triggering another hit.
- Razor Sharp: Sharpen increases weapon damage by an additional 10%.
The most important abilities in this category are Vampiric Bats, Arcane Sword, Hungry, Disrupt, Prepared, Sabotage, Stab Stab, and Razor Sharp.
Abilities
There are 8 Abilities that you can spend your points on.
- Sharpen: Increases weapon damage for a few attacks.
- Petrify: Lowers an enemy’s block chance.
- Bite: Does damage and heals you based on damage done.
- Fracture: Lowers an enemy’s armor.
- Fortify: Boosts your armor.
- Bat Swarm: Magical Debuff.
- Conjure: Main magical damage.
- Backstab: 1 guaranteed with a chance for up to 5 continuous strikes.
Might
The Might are powerful abilities in the game. There are 6 of them in total.
- Revitalize: Heal 15% HP after a win.
- Clarity: Find the greatest weakness of enemies.
- Vigour: Run 8% faster.
- Demon Call: Wild brutals are 100% more likely to find you.
- Greed: +33% higher chance for Dragonling.
- Magus: Conjure Damage type if not chosen dark.
You will want to activate all of them for the best build, but Revitalize is a must and you should activate that one first.
