The Verse Piece Easter 2025 update has brought exciting new content, and one of the biggest highlights is the new F move for Gilgamesh: Enuma Elish. When Gilgamesh was originally released, he only had four moves. But thanks to this update, players now have the chance to unlock his powerful fifth move, and it’s absolutely worth the effort. In this guide, I’ll walk you through exactly how to unlock Enuma Elish step-by-step, including crafting the required items, defeating the boss, and farming efficiently.

How to Unlock Enuma Elish (Sword of Rupture) Showcase & Guide

Before you can unlock Enuma Elish, you must first have the Gilgamesh Spec. Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 50,000 Gems
  • Babylon Key (You’ll need a Babylon Key to summon the Gilgamesh boss for the fight.)
  • Exotic Trait (0.025% chance via Trait Reroll at Merchant Island)
  • King of Heroes Title (earned by defeating the Gilgamesh boss 25 times)

Once you meet these requirements, head to the Gilgamesh Teacher NPC on Lost Island to obtain the spec.

Crafting Babylon Key

Here’s how you can craft yourself a Babylon Key to summon the Gilgamesh boss:

  • Collect 10 Golden Boss Tickets
  • Golden Boss Tickets drop from enemies on Beach Island (Level 1–100 enemies)
  • Drop rate is roughly 5% per kill

Once you have 10 tickets, visit the Crafting NPC on Starter Island to create the Babylon Key.

Tip: Farming during 2x drop events can speed up ticket collection significantly, reducing the grind to about 30–60 minutes.

Summoning and Defeating Gilgamesh

With your Babylon Key ready, it’s time to face Gilgamesh.

  • Travel to Skull Island (recommended level: 300–600)
  • Use the key at the Dungeon Summoner NPC to spawn Gilgamesh
  • He spawns every 5 minutes at random locations across the island

Gilgamesh has high health pool and dangerous AoE attacks like Gate of Babylon. Moreover, he’s best tackled at level 500+ or in a strong team. For tips on how to defeat him, use high-damage specs like Gojo, Goku, or strong sword users, prioritize mobility to avoid AoE attacks and focus on burst damage strategies to shorten fight times (around 5–10 minutes per kill).

Getting the Sword of Rupture

After defeating Gilgamesh, you’ll receive a loot box. Now, the Sword of Rupture drops from the loot box, not from the boss directly, and the drop rate is approximately 2–5%. So, if you see a Babylon’s Fragment drop, that’s from the boss itself, not from the loot box. Since the Sword of Rupture is a rare item, you might need to farm 5–20 boss kills depending on your luck.

Efficiency Tips:

  • Stack loot boxes and open them all at once
  • Join during boost events for better drop chances
  • Group farming with friends can dramatically speed things up

Unlock and Use Enuma Elish

Once you obtain the Sword of Rupture, simply use the item from your inventory. This immediately unlocks Enuma Elish as Gilgamesh’s new F move:

  • Enuma Elish is a massive AoE attack
  • Features a cinematic cutscene with impressive visual effects
  • Has around a 30-second cooldown

This move not only boosts Gilgamesh’s overall strength but also gives him one of the flashiest finishes in the game.

With Enuma Elish unlocked, Gilgamesh’s moveset now feels complete. His combination of ranged attacks, crowd control, and devastating finishers makes him one of the top specs to have after the Easter update.

While the grind to obtain the Sword of Rupture can be tedious and costly (especially with crafting Babylon Keys repeatedly), the reward is more than worth it for players looking to complete their builds.

Wrap-Up

Unlocking Enuma Elish for Gilgamesh is a challenging but rewarding process in Verse Piece.
Between crafting Babylon Keys, farming Gilgamesh, and hunting for the rare Sword of Rupture, players will definitely be putting in the effort. However, the payoff, both in terms of power and sheer visual satisfaction, makes it a highly worthwhile goal.
