War Tycoon allows players to experience as realistic a simulation as possible in Roblox of playing a fighter plane. Plane Controls Guide
There are many maneuvers that you can do when playing War Tycoon. However, there are some basic controls that you should understand.
Once you’ve mastered them, everything else will come easy to you as you will see. We will also provide some tips that will make controlling the plane much easier for you.
Takeoff
The first thing that you need to do when controlling your plane is getting it in the air. This means that you will need to go through the Takeoff procedure. This is very simple.
All you have to do is keep your cursor looking up as your plane drives on the runway. The Assisted Takeoff System will take care of the rest by pulling in the landing gear wheels for you.
If you want to Disable the Assisted Takeoff system, you can do so by going into the Gameplay options in the game’s Settings. You can then use the M key to toggle the landing gear wheels automatically.
When you’re taking off, keep your cursor up for a bit to ensure that you have gained enough altitude. If you move it away too quickly, you will be too low and can easily crash into a mountain while flying.
Maneuvering
The next thing on the agenda is learning to Maneuver. This is crucial as it will allow you to move around your plane while in the air. The principle of maneuvering is pretty straight forward.
You basically need to keep the cursor in the direction in which you want to turn. Move the cursor left if you want to go left, and right if you want to go right. The same works for the down and up maneuvering, which you actually use when taking off.
However, this isn’t effective when you want to make some quick maneuvers. This is where you can take advantage of the quick turns. Use the A key for turning quickly to the left and the D key for turning quickly to the right.
If you find that you’re still crashing a lot even after learning these controls, we recommend flying at a lower speed. This is because you have a lot more control when you are flying slow. Once you’ve gotten the hang of it, you can slowly start ramping up the speed.
Combat
Once you’ve mastered maneuvering, it’s time to get into the Combat. Each fighter plane in the game has its own arsenal of weapons that you can use in combat. While they do differ in how they work, the way of using them is all pretty similar.
Starting off, we will look at how controlling lock on missiles works. The way you want to use these missiles is by moving down while aiming towards the target and slowing down. As you slow down, make sure that there is enough distance between you and the target.
As you approach the target, activate your missiles and lock onto the target. Once you’re locked on, fire your missiles and pull up immediately by moving the cursor up. This will ensure that you do not crash into the target.
The controls are similar for your machine guns. You move down on your target in the same way and aim your guns while firing. However, you want to move as slowly as possible for this part.
This is because this part requires aiming and you need the extra time to be able to shoot down your targets accurately. After that, you can pull up and then repeat the process.
You need to ensure that you have enough altitude when you are heading down towards your target. If you’re too low when you make your approach, you won’t have enough time to pull up. This will result in your crashing and becoming the victim instead.
