Warcraft Rumble: Best Sylvanas Deck Guide

“I have no time for games, yet I always seem to be in them.”

Warcraft Rumble is a great mobile game option for Warcraft fans as it features many of the iconic characters and enemy types from the iconic series.

It also adds a fun strategy element reminiscent of the old Warcraft strategy games. And who better to represent that era than Sylvanas Windrunner herself.

Sylvanas can certainly be a powerful Leader in the game, provided you build the right deck around her. In this guide, we will show you how you can build such a Deck, that will help you both for PvP and PvE. Let’s get into it.

Best Sylvanas Deck Guide

Sylvanas Windrunner is definitely a Powerful Leader but can be a bit on the pricier side. So, we will first provide you with a small overview, so that you can decide if she’s worth getting.

It will also help you get a better idea of what Deck options suit her. She is even featured in our Best Leaders Tierlist – that can show you how she compares to other Leaders.

Sylvanas Overview

Sylavanas is a Ranged unit that attacks single units from distance. She comes with a very special Trait Haunt, that allows her to summon a Banshee upon her death. Do not underestimate how powerful the Banshee can be, as this unit can take over any opposing unit.

That means you can potentially take over an enemy’s high value unit, such as an Abomination. However, since she is a Ranged unit, she won’t always be in the best position to take over units. Nonetheless, it is a great Trait to have.

Sylvanas also comes with the Leader Ability that allows her to boost any Horde or Undead Mini’s movement speed by 30% provided they are near her. It is certainly useful, but does not work the best with Sylavanas, because she is generally going to be away from the action, being a Ranged unit.

However, as we will see later, it can be useful for certain Deck options.

We also have an assortment of Talents that can be purchased and applied on her. For the most part, Black Arrow is the more preferred and stronger Talent. The Pierce aspect of it, alongside Elemental Damage, allows her to take care of waves of enemies from afar.

You can also create some interesting situations with Forsaken Fury provided you use very specific decks for it. On the other hand, Banshee’s Wail does seem very useful because of Stunning, but again, Sylvanas is a ranged unit and won’t be near many enemies for it to have maximum effect.

Sylvanas Deck Options

Now that we have a good understanding of Sylvanas, it is time to choose the right deck for her. Starting off, we will be looking at the two Undead Slots.

You should absolutely have a Ghoul in your first Undead Slot. A really strong Tank that costs only 2 Gold, which can benefit strongly from Sylvana’s Leader Ability. For the other Undead Slot, you can choose anything from a Gargoyle, Necromancer or Skeletal Party.

You have some great options for the Rogue slot too, ranging from Stonehoof Tauren, Dark Spear Troll, War Song Raider, or Sappers. You should avoid using Earth Shaman unless you bring along another strong Tank to support your Ghouls.

The other three slots are completely open to you based on your preferences. If you are not sure what to bring there, we recommend that you experiment with the units that you have. Our guide on building a strong balance deck can certainly help you out!
