Let’s say you are looking for a new favorite weapon and you’re a long-time veteran of Warframe, and you haven’t played the Bubonico build? Well, as a matter of fact, now is the right time to start. Whatever you will see in this guide you should start doing by all means and farming for it even from right now. It is evidently one of the best and strongest builds in the game. Let’s see why that is.

Bubonico Build Guide | 2022 – Warframe

What is the Bubonico?

The Bubonico is a weapon that is one of the two-arm cannons in Warframe. By comparison, the other one is The Shadow. The problem with the arm cannons from their very release is that there are no special animations or cool stuff evolving around them. For this reason, they will just stay passive and look uninteresting when passive.

In case you give this weapon a try without any of the mods it actually does good too. Given that it is a shotgun, the accuracy is amazing. The fire rate is automatic and in essence, it can make you feel like it is a machine gun at times. You do need to stay next to your targets to be in the game of dealing damage though. Of course, you can modify this range system with mods.

The secondary fire mode is where the gun shines for a big chunk of its lovers. You will be shooting in almost a grenade-throwing manner in rapid succession. You will feel like you’re using a grenade launcher. Each of those grenades that will land will deal a massive amount of damage to your targets. Remember that each of these grenades will cost more ammo to fire.

The Build

The ammunition recharges by itself though so won’t have to worry about it. You won’t be needing ammo pads or carriers or anything of the sort.

You can format the weapon about 4 to 5 times for it to be in a perfect position. Anything more than this is going to be overkill. You can also install the Orokin Catalyst to this weapon. It is worth it because it is really one of the best weapons in the game.

You should also unlock the excellent slot in the end too. Here is where you should be putting the Galvanized Acceleration perk. It gives amazing boosts to your gun. It will give you acceleration on the projectiles, and projectile speed and this can stack up too. Simply perfect for the Bubonico.

The Arcane for this weapon is pretty simple. If you’re going to be using this weapon for what it’s meant to be you will want to stick with the Primary Merciless. If you want to go for a raw damage build go for the Primary Deadhead choice.

A standard build for the Bubonico needs to look something like this:

  • Hell’s Chamber
  • Critical Deceleration
  • Hunter Munitions
  • Vigilante Armaments
  • Point Blank
  • Ravage
  • Shotgun Spazz
  • Frigid Blast
  • Fatal Acceleration

You can to this as a base build. It works perfectly in almost any situation and is especially handy and useful if in the hands of a newer player. Just give it a try and fall in love with it.

If you are a veteran and full with your prime mods and etc, you might want to stick with this build instead:

  • Bubonico Acri-satidra
  • Galvanized Hell
  • Critical Deceleration
  • Galvanized Savvy
  • Frigid Blast
  • Primed Ravage
  • Hunter Munitions
  • Primed Cleanse Corrupted
  • Galvanized Acceleration

Stick to these builds and this will become your favorite build and weapon. The only reason that it is not famous and over the roof is mainly because of the aesthetic. It is looking bland and uninteresting but it’s an amazing and maybe the best weapon in the game.
