Warframe, like any MMORPG in existence, has tons of currencies that you have to grind. You will have currency for crafting, currency for shopping, premium currency, and more. It’s how they get you to keep playing the game, with the promise of granting you great rewards for doing so. Some people enjoy it, and some people don’t.

However, those who do enjoy it, have come up with ways to farm these currencies. In this guide, we will present to you a way to farm Ferrite, a currency that you can get in Warframe.

Ferrite Farming Guide 2023 – Warframe

Where to Get Ferrite

Before you actually do anything, you need to know that there are only a few places where you can farm Ferrite in Warframe:

  • Earth
  • Lua
  • Mercury
  • Neptune
  • Void

You cannot find any other location in Warframe that offers Ferrite.

Getting them, however, can be done in two reliable ways: Resource Crates and Ferrite Deposits. You can scour the entire map for these two in any of the five locations listed above.

You can also gain Ferrite from defeating enemies, but the amount you get is not enough to advise just defeating enemies.

How to Farm Ferrite for Newcomers

If you are a newcomer who is just starting Warframe, your best farming method is to simply look for the Crates and Deposits. Outside of that, there is not much you can do, as early game Warframe offers few Ferrite farming methods.

If you do plan on farming Ferrite as early as you can, Exterminate and Capture missions are the best missions to farm Ferrites in.

How to Farm Ferrite for Mid-Game Players

When you reach the mid-game, you will have better weapons, better Warframes, and a higher level at this point. If you do, you should then consider doing Dark Sector missions.

These missions are the same as any other mission, but they will have a % chance of Resource Drop Chance integrated into the mission. Meaning that if you are trying to farm for Ferrite here, your chances are increased.

How to Farm Ferrite for Endgame Players

When you reach the endgame content of Warframe, you will be able to unlock The Steel Path.

Now that this is, is that it is a very hard difficulty of the game. The enemy level will be increased by 100 and their Health, Shield, and Armor will get a 250% boost as well. But it’s not all bad, as you will get a +100% Resource Drop Chance and Mod Drop Chance.

It is ridiculously hard, which is why you should squad up for this one. Being in a squad also increases the drop chance. Playing with randoms be annoying, but if you are farming for Ferrite, you will need every advantage you can get.

Speaking of, you should also use whatever Resource Booster you have. They can be found in the Market of the game, but having this will make farming so much easier.
