In Wayfinder, you can team up with your friends and take on a plethora of missions and expeditions to fight against enemies that have taken over the planet. Many players have difficulty locating the Treasure Hunt Mounds as part of quests in the Highlands. This guide will highlight the locations of these mounds, so you won’t have to spend more time looking for them.
How To Find Treasure Hunt Mounds
Locating these treasure hunt mounds is a part of the Project Re-Venge! Quest in the game. The goal is to unearth 10 of these treasure mounds that are located in the Highlands area of the game. These treasure hunt mounds contain Amplifying Jewels, which are required for the quest completion.
For reference, the Treasure Mounds look like a pile of junk lying on the ground as shown in the image below. Simply interacting with them results in the chest appearing and you can open that to add to progress bar of the quest.
First Location
We will be highlighting a farming route for these mounds starting with the location as shown in the image below. This is sandwiched between the Pits and Codex Halls point of interest.
The rotation that is highlighted in this article can be used multiple times since, after a short period, the Treasure Mounds regenerate.
Second Location
Next, you will need to head slightly East from the first location. Eventually, you will arrive at the second location, which is highlighted in the map image below.
Third Location
From the second treasure mound, you will need to head to the edge of the ravine as indicated in the map image below. You must be careful around this area since there will be enemies waiting to ambush you. Hence make sure that you are prepared to take them on.
Fourth Location
The fourth Treasure Mound can be found on the extreme edge of the map as shown on the map below. It is located in the Outer Aurelian area and can be found on the path leading up to the mountain.
Fifth Location
Moving on, the next Treasure Mound can be found on the same path as the previous one. Simply continue on the path where you found the last mound and take the first left. Slightly ahead, you should be able to spot the next treasure mound.
Sixth Location
The next treasure mound is also located in the same area as the previous one. From the last mound, you will need to go to the right, where you will see some Ruins. There will be a path that leads down from the ruins allowing you to descend. Follow this path, and you should spot the next mound.
Seventh Location
The seventh treasure mound is located just North of the Repository of Knowledge and slightly West of the location of the last mound. You will find it on a small patch of land that is surrounding the river.
Eighth Location
For the eighth and final treasure mound, follow the river North. Towards the right, there will be a clearing where you can interact with the mound.
