Pokemon Scarlet and Violet have many pokemon of all shapes and sizes. One of the Pokemon you can find is the interesting Gible.

It’s a dual type of Dragon/Ground that was introduced in Generation IV that evolves into Gabite when it reaches level 24 and if you play your cards right, players can evolve it into Garchomp at level 48.

Most players want to find out how you can achieve catching a Gible throughout their playthrough. There are quite a few ways to procure this pokemon and many ways to reach the area.

But we’re here to guide you to Gible’s location so you can catch it in your next playthrough.

Where to Catch Gible

You can find this pokemon even before you get your first badge! First, you must start off in  Cortondo(West).  Gible is located past the river along the patch of grass pathway.

The fastest way to reach this area is to swim across the river.

However, if you do not have this ability yet, you can reach this location by edging across the river to the right until you reach the land path that leads to the location.

Once you reach the location, enter a cave that you will see in the area. Afterward, just move forward until you see a Gible on the side.  The Gible looks like a mini blue shark that has small fangs.

Simply follow these steps to reach this cave so you can catch yourself a Gible!
