This is the location where you need to go on the map of Al Masrah and then inside the very same region that is shown in the picture above.

Let’s zoom in so that you can see it easier.

Come inside this Stronghold that is just on the north of the Zarqwa Hydroelectric. You shall need to enter a stronghold, meaning that a stronghold key is something that you’ll need.

Now just walk through the tunnels and on the left side from the entrance and somewhere in the middle, you shall see the Architects Toolbox. You do need to have a key to open that too.
