SSR operators are the rarest and most difficult to role for operators in Anchor Panic. Generally, they also have the best stats and you’ll want to build your team around them.

Selection Criteria
To understand the basis of our selection, you need to understand how the game works. Our entire team will revolve around our main DPS unit and dealing as much damage with them to the opposing team. To protect this unit, we need a Tank that will take most of the damage.
The other units will need to provide as much support they can to ensure that the DPS unit is dealing as much damage as possible. Speed also plays a crucial role so that you can get as many rotations as possible.
Best Team Build
Here are the Operators you’ll need for current best team in Anchor Panic, all of whom are SSR operators:
- Echo
- Karanissa
- Lilira
- Tern
- Flicker.
Keep in mind that the team we selected is mainly based around Karanissa as she is the undisputed best DPS unit in the game. Of course, you could certainly play around with other Supports. For example, you can even try out some excellent SR units for those going F2P.

Let’s go over each of the SSR units that you can get from the Targeted Selector and see what they all offer to the team composition. Below is the order of priority you should give to these units based on the team above.
Echo
Echo is one of the best Supports in Anchor Panic. From her Talents, she is able to provide Notes that increase Attack and Crit Damage. Each Note can stack up to three times – and the effect is increased by 40% for Lightning operators.
Her Musical Motivation skill also helps increase damage for all allies while granting a Note.
Karanissa is the best DPS unit in the game while also being a Lightning Operator. As a result, Notes can be used to increase her damage by a crazy amount. This is crucial when playing PvP.
She also plays the role of a Healer with Passionate Scene, that also gives an extra Note to Lightning operators. Her ultimate allows you to deal Lightning Damage while also inflicting Electro Ban.
Electro Ban reduces Lightning Resistance which just makes Karanissa’s damage so much better.
Tern
Tern is another excellent Support that gradually gets better as the battle goes on. With her Drone Support talent, she grants all allies one stack of Drone Support. This increases the Speed and can be stacked up to 6 times.
Her Instant Support talent also gives one extra talent at the start of battle. By increasing your speed, you’ll be faster than the opponent and get more hits in.
Her other skills allow for some nice damage boosts – but they are mostly useful for Quantum operators. Since Karanissa is not a Quantum, she won’t benefit as much. But the additional speed she grants is absolutely essential for PvP.
Lilira
Since we already have a decent amount of buffs and healing, Lilira is the last priority. But nonetheless, she is an excellent Support and Healer.
Her Pollution Clearance allows her to grant 1 stack of shield to allies. Additionally, Vital Support also grants shields to all allies while also increasing its value based on her HP and other Quantum operators. This is huge because it works with other shields as well – and can stack too.
Life Monitoring increases healing by 8% for each Quantum ally, and since we have two on the team this boost will also help. Encouraging Gospel offers AoE healing, although it is weak unless you upgrade the skill.
