We’re talking vampire-fueled carnage, teleporting slashes, blood blasts, and a rage mode that trades your HP for pure mayhem. But before you start draining health like an anime villain, you’ll need to earn it, and it’s not just handed out like candy. I went through the grind, so you don’t have to go in blind. In this guide, I’ll walk you through how to unlock the Cultist Base, get all the pre-requisites, craft the Heavenly Codex (the key item), where to find every Cult Page (I to VI), a full showcase of the Cultist kit, and more!
How to Get Secret Cultist Spec & Showcase
The Cultist Spec is a rare, secret vampire-themed combat style in World of Stands that you unlock through a hidden questline. It’s tied to the shadowy Cult of DIO, a non-canon group that’s exclusive to this game’s storyline. Think of it as a high-speed, bloodthirsty brawler that rewards fast reflexes and aggressive play.
Here’s a quick rundown of what you get once you fuse the Heavenly Codex:
- Blood-based attacks
- Teleporting skills and lifesteal mechanics
- A self-sacrificing ultimate mode that melts enemies if played right
Now let’s break down exactly how to unlock it.
Step 1: Unlock the Cultist Base & Meet the Cult Scribe
First, push through the main story and finish the Cultist storyline to unlock access to the Cultist Base in Cairo. If you’ve followed the main questline so far, this should already be done. If you’re wondering where the Cultist Base even is, check the clip below if you want a quick visual, but here’s the rundown:
- Head over to Cairo, specifically to the Bazaar General Store. Now look just in front of or slightly to the side of the store, you’ll see a sketchy-looking abandoned building (kinda looks like an old shop).
- Walk up to the counter inside, and you’ll notice a hole boarded up with planks. That’s your entrance.
- Just interact with it and boom, you’ve found the Cultist hideout.
Once inside, you’ll meet the Cult Scribe NPC on the left side of the room, but he won’t say a word to you unless you’ve collected 15 Vampire Blood.
Tip: If you’ve completed the main story, you should already have more than 15. If not, farm Vampire mobs in Cairo or around the Cultist Base.
After chatting with the Scribe, he’ll give you the recipe for the Heavenly Codex, your key to unlocking the Cultist Spec.
Step 2: Craft the Heavenly Codex
To craft the Heavenly Codex, you’ll need:
- Cult Pages I to VI
- 66 Vampire Blood
- 66,666 Gold
Yes, that’s a lot of 6’s. It’s Dio’s cult, what did you expect?
My advice? Start farming the Vampire Blood first, it’s the easiest part. You probably already have 66 if you’ve been doing quests or farming vamps during story missions.
Where To Get Cult Pages I–VI
Here’s where I found (and sometimes struggled to find) each of the pages:
- Page I: Dropped by Father Pucci. He’s straight ahead from the Cultist Base teleport, just keep walking down the long hallway.
- Page II: This one’s easy, just buy it at the Bazaar General Store in Cairo for 66 Stardust.
- Page III–VI: I farmed these by beating Cult of Dio and Cult Commanders near the Cultist Base, Stardust Desert, and Egyptian Tomb. RNG plays a role here, so just keep grinding.
- Cult Page 3 – Cultist Commander, Cairo
- Cult Page 4 – White Haired Cult of Dio,
- Cult Page 5 – Black Haired Cult of Dio, Stardust Desert
- Cult Page 6 – Red Haired Cult of Dio
Note: When I finished the story, I already had 5 out of 6 Cult Pages. If you’re luckier than me, you might have them all just lying in your inventory.
Once you’ve got the pages, blood, and gold, talk to the Cult Scribe again to craft the Codex. He’ll reward you with a little extra EXP and gold on top.
Step 3: Use the Heavenly Codex & Become a Cultist
After crafting it, just use the Heavenly Codex from your inventory, and boom, you’re now officially a part of the Cult of DIO. No blood ritual or initiation ceremony required (thankfully).
Secret Cultist Spec – Ability Showcase
Here’s what you’re working with now that you’ve become a full-fledged Cultist:
- Claw Barrage (Ability 1) – A fast-paced claw combo. Classic.
- Heavy Kick (Ability 2) – Launch yourself forward with a devastating kick.
- Power Slam (Ability 3) – Teleport jump + auto-target slam. Clean and deadly.
- Manic Thrash (Ability 4) – Leap forward and go feral with a slash frenzy.
- Blood Shot (Ability 5) – A ranged blood projectile that marks enemies. Hitting marked targets freezes them. Shoots twice in Mode.
- Seeing Red (Ultimate) – Enter a berserk mode that drains your HP over time but gives:
- Bonus damage
- Speed boost
- Lifesteal on all attacks
Tip: This spec rewards risk-takers. Time your ult wisely, ideally when you’re swarmed or need to clutch out a fight. Don’t waste it at full health.
