F1 22 Crisis Management Trophy Guide: Complete 25 Department Events in My Team

In F1 22, there are times when a Department Event happens during your career in My Team that will require you to make decisions that will affect the game going forward. Some of these decisions affect sponsorships, money, your 2^nd driver etc. If you get enough of these, you get a trophy called Crisis Management. If you’re a trophy hunter looking to collect every trophy, here’s how you can do that.

Crisis Management Trophy Guide: Complete 25 Department Events in My Team – F1 22

To get the trophy, you will have to complete 25 Department Events before the trophy pops up. The only way to get Department Events is simply playing through the game. There’s currently no way to spawn more Department Events outside of playing through My Team.
