The new SCHRIFT Type Soul is now here, the Quincy update everyone has been waiting for. Soul Reapers get Shikai power when they reach Grade 2 and similarly, Quincy can get SCHRIFT, but the process is rather secretive as of now.

How To Get SCHRIFT
The SCHRIFT is a buff that you can get by visiting the castle in Wandenreich City. Reach the top to meet the NPC Balance. Make sure that you’re at a rank high enough and the NPC will ask if you want to find your origins. You can respond with a Yes if you’re high enough, presumably at Rank 2 similar to Soul Reapers.
After talking to the NPC, time to head back down from the castle and head out of the city. Go through the long bridge until you reach this statue. This is the Worshipper Statue that will tell you what you need to kill. Interact with it and it’ll speak, “Letters are designated to the worthy. Display yourself in a real battle.”
After saying “Yes” to the statue, it’ll whisper several things to you. They’ll appear floating on your screen, hinting on the things or creatures you need to kill. You need to kill Arrancars, Shinigamis, Fishbones, Menoses, and Adjuchas.
The amount you have to kill isn’t specified in the test. But the general consensus is between 5-7 of them. You have to kill Players for the Arrancars and Shinigamis. And for the Fishbones, Menoses, and Adjuchas, they’re monsters.
