Elden Ring offers multiple weapon types for their players. You can choose to play however you want, and some weapons have different skills than others. This guide will show you where you can get the Greataxe in Elden Ring.
Greataxe Location – Elden Ring
The Greataxe is a type of melee weapon that uses strength as its scaling stat. This weapon is great for dealing knockdown damage on enemies and a great starter weapon for new players. You will also have the Barbaric Roar skill when you use the Greataxe.
To get a Greataxe at the beginning of the game, go to the area on the map above.
From the bridge, go southeast until you encounter 2 giants pulling a cart. You need to take down the giant but there will be more undead that will spawn.
Try to take care of the leader at the back who is in charge of the horns first. After taking them down, the cart will stop and you need to go to the back part of the cart. Or to make things easier, you can also just go directly to the back of the cart without defeating them all.
Climb up the small platform in the cart at the back and open the chest here. The chest contains a Greataxe.
