Abilities Overview

Naraka Bladepoint: Zai Guide for Complete Beginners

Your first ability, Flame Ward, is amazing mobility skill you can use with up to three versions. Each version will give you a different effect that you can utilize depending on your playstyle. The first version allows you to use the ability while you are under attack, transforming you into the Flame Ward. During this time, you cannot be hit and can use the ability again to knock back nearby enemies.

Most of the time, you will want to use this ability when you are caught by your opponent and are in need of an escape tool. Other than that, you can also counter attack and jump on your enemies by activating the ability again. Most of the time, they won’t expect it coming!

Naraka Bladepoint Stun

The second version is the ability is quite still the same. However, you cannot use it while you are under attack. When you activate it, your duration will be 5 seconds, making it 3 seconds longer compared to the first version. You will also restores some health and armor, making the ability a great regeneration tool. If you are looking to sustain more in battles, then this ability is something you want to have.

Naraka Bladepoint Form

The third version of the ability will allow you for more support potential. During the duration, you will be stationery, and can aim towards a location. After that, you can dash towards it and create an impact zone that knocks back opponents and stagger them for a short duration. This will create a window for your teammates to attack the enemy.

When it comes to your Ultimate, there are also three versions you can go for. All of the versions for the Chain Scythe ability changes your current weapon into the chain scythe which lasts for 30 seconds. As you attack your enemies, you will charge up a meter which you can later use to cast a special ability.

Naraka Bladepoint Burning

The first version of the ability lets you swing out three consecutive strikes. The second one lets you swing your weapon in a wide area in front of you, dealing damage and applying a burning effect. While the third version allows you to perform a powerful attack after you have marked your enemies twice with a charged attack.

Naraka Bladepoint Ultimate

Overall, her skill set allows her to have a great mobility tool with her Skill as well as enhanced attacks thanks to her ultimate. This is a balanced character you can go for in most circumstances. Since she is able to regenerate health, escape attacks and become a crowd control tool, you can use her almost anywhere.

Combos

When it comes to your combos, you won’t have a lot of combos to work with. Instead, you will want to use your mobility as well as a medium range attacks. Especially the attacks from your chain scythe ultimate to kite your opponents.
