Where To Find Berserker & Necromancy
Chaos trainers in Arcane Lineage allows users to advance to the chaos route of their class and are all in the Deeproot Canopy area. But in this game, finding the trainers themselves is half the battle already. The base class is easily placed around the starting city, Caldera Town, just to make your first experiences less overwhelming.
Now, before you continue to Berserker, make sure to have maxed out with this NPC you spoke to become a swordsman. And a friendly reminder before you set off for Berserkers-to-be: bring at least 3,550 gold for the trip & 10 Heartbreaking Elixirs.
For Necromancers-to-be: at least 2,000 gold and 10 Heartbreaking Elixirs. Obviously, max out your skills with the Wizard before proceeding. You can also bring some Abhorrent Elixirs just to make the long journey shorter. Starting from Deeproot Capony, follow the route as shown below.
Remember that you also need to do the Abhorrent Potion quest at the alchemist, several quests in the Desert Ruins and push the kid off the bridge quest in Westwood Heart.
Berserker Location
When the path branches, take the way to the right and go through the arches. Keep following the path until you see the second set of arches.
On the arch, you’ll see this marking and there’s going to be a path into the cave to the right. This is a key location where you can also mine Laneus ore. Follow the path ahead.
You’ll pass by the campfire and that’s where the Assassin trainer is. Go past that NPC and turn left at the end. Keep going until you reach a dark area that you can interact with to travel deeper.
Here’s the challenging part as the area is completely dark. Keep going forward until there’s a huge gap. Look to your right and jump on the platforms to get to the other side.
When you go across, orientate yourself with the glowing mushrooms and head to this direction. There’s going to be stairs that lead to complete void with only a small platform to jump to in front of you. This is a parkour section and you just have to do a lot of trial and error to get through.
There you’ll finally find the Berserker Trainer. He has the Greatsword also with him which costs 500 gold to buy. Unless you’ve finished all the Chaos-related quests, you’re going to receive messages telling you that you’re basically not evil enough for it.
Necromancy location
Back at the same shroom, follow the arrow as shown here for the Necromancer Trainer. Stick to the left wall here until there’s a corner to turn and then keep going. There’s a parkour section that you must go through here with a house on the other side.
Talk to the Corrupt Caster NPC to become a Necromancer and interact with nearby items for new skills to pay for. Just like any other Chaos trainers, a reminder that you must have finished all Chaos-related quests to be able to receive training from the NPC.
And that’s how you can find the Berserker and Necromancy skills in Arcane Lineage!
