Remant 2 is the much-awaited sequel to Remnant: From the Ashes. The game involves the player traveling across different worlds to fight various bosses. This game can be played either solo or in co-op mode. Remnant 2 has been released on PlayStation 5, Windows, and Xbox Series X/S. This article will focus on how to get the Rupture Cannon as part of the Vault of the Formless mission.
How to Get Rupture Cannon
Location
The mission required to get access to the Vault which can be found on N’erud . You will be looking for a very specific dungeon in either of the two regions of this map. This dungeon is known as the Vault of the Formless. In our case, we found it in the Abyssal Rift region, as shown in the image below.
You will need to progress through the dungeon until you get to the second spinning machine, get the glyph and use it to open the door that contains the Rupture Cannon. Also, this dungeon only has a chance of spawning. If it doesn’t appear for you, reroll a new adventure and try again.
How to Obtain Glyph
Once you find the dungeon in your game session, head into it and progress to the part until you see this giant cylinder. It can be found near the end of the dungeon when you have completed it, around 80%. There will be a few enemies near the location, so make sure to clear them out first.
When this cylinder contraption rotates, a path will be revealed through it to the other side. Instead of taking this path, just head inside the cylinder and wait. When it rotates again, see where you entered this cylinder from. You will spot a new path that you can take. Go on towards this path.
Follow this path to the end, and after taking a left at the dead end, you should be able to pick up the House Lythla Glyph, which can be used to unlock the door near the end of the dungeon to get the Rupture Cannon.
How to Obtain Weapon
At the end of the dungeon, when you fight the boss and the waves of mini enemies, you will be able to open to door to proceed toward the exit. Once you open the door, you will be able to see a purple glint behind the glass walls in front of you. This is the Rupture Cannon.
To get to the weapon, simply head to the right, and you should be able to locate the locked door. Open this using the Glyph obtained earlier, and then you can go inside and get the Rupture Cannon.
The Rupture Cannon is a very good side pistol that deals a ton of damage, but it does not come with any special effects.
