How To Get Foil Badges On Steam | Risk of Rain 2

Released on March the 3rd, the latest Risk of Rain 2 patch has brought multiple balances and fixes that have improved the game. In addition, this patch has also brought Steam trading cards to Risk of Rain 2, so now players can use them to craft and showcase the badges and, in turn, get 100 XP on their Steam profile.

Six cards are required to craft a badge, and foil cards are the most sought after. Unfortunately, foil cards on Steam are scarce, and there’s only a 2% chance they will drop randomly, so you can’t simply rely on your luck.

In this guide, we’ll show you how to obtain foil badges for ROR 2, so you can display them on your profile.

Risk of Rain 2 | How To Get Foil Badges On Steam

You’ll notice the search field on the right side, so make sure to type “Risk of Rain 2” in there and press enter.

A new page will appear where you’ll see all the Risk of Rain 2 Steam items, such as emoticons, booster packs, and more.

Scroll down and move to page two, where you’ll see all the foil cards that you need to craft the foil badge.

As you can see, the prices of foil cards are pretty costly at the moment, but that will change when more people get foil cards randomly and list them on the market.

That being said, you’ll now need to purchase all six foil cards one by one. Simply click on the card you wish to buy and then click on buy.

Once you have all six foil cards, you are ready to craft the badge!

Click on the Foil Fungus badge, and the page below will open.

Now, all that’s left is to click on craft badge, wait a bit, and you’ll receive a foil badge!

In addition to the foil badge, you‘ll also receive some other items. If you want to craft more badges, just repeat the entire process we described above.
