Lifeless Heart Relic & Fruit of Death
To get the items, you must reroll your adventure until you get this specific run where you start at The Forbidden Grove in Yaesha. To summarize, you need the Ravager’s Mark amulet to get the Fruit of Death. And after using the fruit, you’ll get the Lifeless Heart relic.

Proceed in the main quest until you reach the Ravager’s Lain, the final main area and meet the evil dog god, Ravager.
There, he will make the most classic offer to come to the darkside by executing the Doe. Naturally, you can also choose to kill the Ravager and that unlocks a secret recipe to a long gun, the Merciless.
Choose to kill the Doe and you won’t have to fight the Ravager. After murdering the animal, you’ll gain one trait point and the Ravager’s Mark amulet.
How To Get & Use Fruit of Death
Now you have the Ravager’s Mark amulet with you. Take that to the statue of the Ravager and Doe back at the Forbidden Grove. Wear it and watch the cool animation that took place before a secret door unlocks before you, leading to an underground chamber.

Now proceeds to eat said fruit. Don’t worry, you’ll die each time that happens and you have to take 3 bites out of the fruit. After three times, on your third respawn you’ll see a new relic added to your inventory.
